Gross! The carne asada, which looks so yummy on the tv commercial, was dried out, flavorless, and tough. By the time we arrived, 6ish, there was scant food in the service line and perhaps 7 servers hanging around. $16 is a lot to pay for unappetizing glop. I will not be going back.

Very worst experience with online order. It was incomplete order and I have to drive back to store and top of that employee was telling the bowl is half eaten, it was so rude. Eventually they gave re create bowl and not even compensate they bowl. Won’t be coming to this store again.

I guess this location went back to the old chipotle, the portion of protein here are just incredible low that I had to get double portion just to taste the protein. But the cashier was nice.

This is the closest location to where we live; food is alright but portions are a JOKE; just received our order via pick-up again after a long while and we opened our bowls to find literally 3 bites of food! It is not a meal, it is a SNACK; I reported to customer service and got free meal vouchers…honestly I could’ve just received my money back…
