Do NOT go here, save yourself the headache and drive the extra 3 miles to the Stassney location trust me. The worst service and STINGY workers I have ever had. multiple occasions in a row, regardless of if I order online or I dine in, the bowl is even out of order sometimes seeming as if they forget and my bowl order is not complicated by all means. Staff is unwelcoming and rude when I come which ranges from 4-10 PM. No matter if the line is busy or non-existent they always have the worst attitude towards me and I never write reviews but this place genuinely sucks. I don't let things get to me usually but this one guy in particular says and I quote "what do you want?" when I am waiting in the designated area for my mobile order, I mean just MAYBE I want my mobile order. I am the only one standing in front of the mobile orders area dont you think??? I waited a fair amount of time too because I don't like to stress people out and bug. Went here for convince only but never again, always running out of things too.

Great location in Southpark Meadows! Pretty accessible off i35 in South Austin.Chipotle always hits the spot! Between their burritos, bowls, and salads, I always feel a bit more healthy after trying their food. Their chicken and steak is always a great option.I have come across a few times where I’ve done mobile orders, and they’re not ready at the time it states. Usually has me wait an extra 10 - 15 minutes, but I know the crew is trying their best. Shoutout to the night crew that helped me with my order earlier tonight!

So Chipotle chose to poison me today by adding guacamole to my order even though I didn't not request it. I am severely allergic to avocados. I placed my order and it was supposed to be ready at 7:20 pm and it was 10 minutes late. I made it all the way home and couldn't eat my food. When I attempted to make a complaint the only option was to speak with a chatbot. Thanks for ruining my evening and almost killing me.

As a vendor for this location (SPM) I do not recommend eating here. it’s about time this location shut its doors for good.Not quite sure how they pass health inspections with rat urine and feces scattered throughout the kitchen.management sucks, employees couldn’t care less… always out of something without fail. Under portioned over priced.. protein is always cold.You’re better off chewing gum from underneath a table than eating from this establishment. do yourself a favor… STAY AWAY!UPDATE: funny how they set up an automated reply system… a system in which gives a generic response that asks us to take even more time explaining what it is we very clearly explained here. If your having trouble understanding my concern, how about scrolling down a bit and going over all of the other negative reviews from other patrons.. I’m sure you will have no problem finding the root of all your issues chipotle South Park meadows.. DONT HIDE BEHIND YOUR COMPUTER WALL. this is a poor display of how you feel about well paying customers. disgraceful to say the least.I aim to single handedly bring the shortcoming of this location to light. I GOT TIME TODAY.

I usually have no issues with any chipotle locations but today I was very upset. I never had an issue when asking for extra lettuce, today when asking for extra I feel like I actually got less than normal. I wanted to try something different and instead of chicken I got steak. Extremely let down It was cold and only got about 4 pieces out my whole bowl. Tried calling and couldn’t get through. Overall experience was not great.

Went in after work (6:30pm) to pick up dinner. Ordered a burrito and a burrito bowl to go. While building my order was informed that they were out of fajita veggies and carnitas. Since it was dinnertime and they didn't close for 4.5 more hours, asked if they had any cooking. They said they weren't making any more. Manager just shrugged her shoulders and stood around along with 3-4 other employees while I finished ordering.Should have just left but I was too shocked/hungry to think about going somewhere else.

The importance of a manager, 4 people working on the front and only one responsible for take care of the online orders. It’s “fine” if has a huge line. But was literally 2 people working on the front because was basically no line, while the others was taking and walking around. 5/6 people waiting for theirs orders all externally late btw. And the answer for when the order is gonna be ready is “I have no clue”
