As a lonestar Korean American in Austin, I sometimes long for authentic Korean food- not fusion, not street/bar fried food. I hadn’t been to Chosun in a while, but it seems like they changed owners or something bc the quality of the food and banchan was vastly improved from what I remember. They gave numerous banchans that were fresh and delicious, I ate them all up! I got the mul naengmyun, which was refreshing and delicious as well. This will be my go to Korean spot in Austin...

10/10 would recommend. My husband and I have been here a couple times and every single time we are not disappointed!! We brought a friend and he agreed it was fireeeee! My husband said the food made him smile and I’m saying you need to try the bbq set C with the corn cheese. You won’t be let down

Not my favorite Korean bbq. I always get the table you can cook your own food at. The pork ribs are amazing but I don’t like the chicken and the bulgogi and spicy beef has a weird texture and taste. It’s not terrible, but it’s not my top choice. I have grown up eating Korean bbq, so I’ve had it plenty of times in my life. If I need it and I can’t go to my favorite place, this is a decent runner up.
