This place is a racket, they charged me 5 extra minutes at $6.00? I only asked for 30 minutes for $23.00 so why charge me something I didn't ask for. I only requested 30 total minutes. The register clerk was a young girl but you know she's trained to scam that nonsense. That'll be my last time going there. Back to Gatti Town.

Spent almost $200 for cold pizza and rude management. I’m never coming back again. We were scouting the place for a birthday party and we left very disappointed.

Of the games there the best ones were missing parts like the balls or not working completely. Did not eat here but food area looked well taken care of and the drink fountain seemed clean and maintained well.

Well I took my daughter there for her birthday and the games were a good price for how many you get to play with the point purchase so that’s worth it but a lot of the games were out of service or messing up. My main complaint was how disgusting the bathrooms were. There was only one stall that was clean to use and to top it off there was no hand soap at all on either dispenser. Other than that it was a fun place to go but y’all got to really clean up the place. There was so much trash on the tables too that people weren’t even sitting at anymore. Trash on the games too, I felt like I needed some serious hand sanitizer after all that.

Terrible. Completely run down. Half the machines are broken. Filthy conditions everywhere. Dangerous.
They don't have door attendants like they used to. There was a toddler wandering the parking lot at about 6pm. They keep an employee diligently monitoring the trampoline to make sure everyone pays $24(!) To get in, but can't have someone at the door to keep everyone safe.
Just awful.

Way to over priced.more than half of the fountain drinks were out of order with no sign saying it's out of order. My buzzer for my pizza went off go get my pizza and they allowed someone else take my pizza. But luckily the cook in the back got that situated.

Got adults cutting in line and the workers to act like I'm invisible not even acknowledging me. I'm standing right in front had already 3 people cut and she doesn't say anything. A simple, " I'm sorry she was next " would've helped. Then the guy comes and helps takes the next person behind me. I'm trying to talk to him & he's ignoring me. I had to leave my children were really upset they didn't get their prizes.

the girl that was in charge of prizes was rude & was letting people in front of my family when we were waiting there for 10 minutes when we said something she said “oh sorry” like what?

Went there to have a small birthday celebration for my granddaughter who was turning 4. I ordered a package which came with 1 large one topping pizza, some fries, some wings, and some cheese bread...I also ordered a small cheese pizza for my granddaughter. Well, the pepperoni pizza as well as the small cheese pizza looked like a kid put it together-looked and tasted like cardboard and the toppings didn't look fresh.. the 4 wings we got looked like they came from a baby chicken(very small)...the fries weren't cooked all the way...and the only descent tasting thing was the small baby portion of cheese bread...and $20 for 30 minutes of play seems excessive..so needless to say I would not recommend this place...not worth the $85 I spent..

It was an okay place. The kids had fun. The pass was something like $30 each just to play games. We didn't eat, knowing their pizza is notoriously terrible. Even though the house was packed we never had to wait to play anything. Really the only bad part was I'm disenchanted because there was no "real" mascot there! Overall 5/10 just for letting the kids run around playing games. Also there was nobody watching the door when we left we noticed we could just take a kid & leave, no questions asked.

Good for kids. Unfortunately the staff wasn't ready for our birthday party and sorted out guests the normal gift bags. They didn't make an allowance to compensate us.
