This used to be a great establishment that cared about customers and made parties for kids enjoying but now it's the opposite..experience has dropped in terms of service, not letting u setup few mins easy and then trying to rush u out with time left

I have always been fond of this place due to its nostalgia. Now, as an adult, I STILL LOVE IT. It truly is a place where a kid can be a kid. I have just met Joe, who seems to do a lil bit of everything. He makes sure kids are safe, tables are clean and he is able to give 5 star luxury service at a place where adults least expect it. I have been here thrice now and have seen this guy EVERY time running around doin whats gotta be done. Keep er goin Joe! You deserve a raise!!
(2 hours in) OMG My visit just keeps getting better! Now most parents are very shy to say that they need a vape break or a smoke break however, I have my code. I have my kid in the trampoline zone. I have Joe watching the kid and I have the host hostess, Vanessa! Even though I am one of the only ones going in and out because I respect the rules. Vanessa has been here the whole entire time holding that door open for me every single time I’ve passed through. Now this is a luxury five star Michelin level experience at a Chuck E. Cheese. Mind you this has been the most surprising and amazing visit we have ever had. However, this level of service has been shown since the first time we’ve come when I was a young child.

Food is decent here. Slightly over priced, but not too bad. The place is typically a little on the sticky side. The games mostly work. The play place (paid) is amazing. The staff is mostly unfriendly and slow, but there. In comparison to the other ones I've been to, this one is better.

went in the place and got food and cards to play they never mentioned about paying for the play place for kids i let my neice go jump around in the kids play area and two employees yell at her to get out because she didnt pay she came back crying we went back a lot of kids were sad and upset because you had to pay 13 dollars just to let a kid go jump we went to the front to pay there was only one person at the front and she spoke very quiet she never said anything about paying she seemed half asleep i get you mightve not slept good but it doesn't matter you have a job drink an energy drink or something wake up we payed the money we told her at the front we would leave a bad review she didn't care also at the play area it says nothing about paying or anything just have fun a lot of kids cried and the employees dont seem to care about the kids emotions or anything gosh this place sucks even the pizza dosent taste as good as the other chucke cheeses just save your time by going to some other location these employees need to wake up and realize they have a job to do horrible place
Good, but they need to have more control over the trampoline park. If it's $15 extra per kid, they should have an adult controlling the area. There were a lot of upset and confused parents when a teenager comes over to pull your kid off a trampoline.
