Good place, staff need to improve, not consistency at all about the dress bands and the trampoline area, mean staff ....
Excellent
The extra fee to play on their trampoline and indoor “playground” is extravagant pricing and not worth it. Half the games were broken or a waste of time.
Lots of new games, lots of options to play, my kids enjoyed themselves!
Not many machines were working
My kids love chuck e cheese
My review was 5 stars. Went down to 1 cuz of the lady at the receptionist thats working now is super rude. I came with a friend and he said the same thing.
Holy Moley, the lady's voice on the intercom was beyond abrasive... More like straight up ear torture. Had to plug my ears every single time they announced that a pizza was ready. I saw lots of other people plugging their ears too. 🙉
Everything else was fine I guess.
It has gotten very expensive. And then the pizza aint good anymore.
I feel like every time we are here we are the only ones who actually pay for the trampoline and obstacle course while there’s kids wearing shoes in it and no wristband the entire time. Makes me wanna stop paying for it since it seems no one else does and takes advantage of it for free

My youngest granddaughter is only 3 so this is a perfect place for us to have fun together. It’s not too big, so I can keep up lol Also, there are soooo many games just her size and she loves it! With food, playtime, and prizes, this is a great place for a safe & fun adventure. We truly had a blast. FYI too they still let you pay cash for prizes if you can’t get enough tickets for what they want. I’m so glad they do that because they stopped doing it at Gattiland, and that sucks. LOVE this place.
Separate pay for sock are annoying.
Not worth the money we pay. Take your kids to Catch Air or Mt. Playmore for trampoline and slides. Take them to Cidercade for games.
Plenty of activities for My Grandaughter. She played non-stop from entering to exiting.
I’ve been bringing my family to this Chuck E. Cheese for almost 3 years, and we used to really enjoy it. However, since they introduced the membership program, the place has become noticeably more crowded and harder to enjoy. Many of the games are either not working properly or are poorly maintained, which can be frustrating for the kids. I hope they improve upkeep and machine availability, because it used to be a much better experience.
