Pizza was good and was made pretty quickly. We got the unlimited games deal and I think that messes with ticket output, several games either gave us no tickets or only 3, after 45 minutes we only had enough for a mini airhead candy and a tiny toy. Arcade area seemed fairly small, could just be due to the building size, but if there were several parties at once it would get super congested on games.

Watered down drinks, but I'm loving the thin crust pizza....salad bar needs lowered sneeze guard, it's too high and all the kids can literally reach it....other than that it's cool!

I have been coming here since I was a kid and always enjoyed each time me and my family and I came. Also, the workers also made it fun as well. I wanted my kids to have the remembrance like I did as a kid, but as a parent and experiencing with some of the staff was disappointing and not sure if it was a bad day for some, but didn't deserve to be treated like that regardless of which package is purchased. I can see there have been many changes here which I can understand, but when the atmosphere changes as well versus the games, I would rather be some where else where the kids and adults feel wanted and not certain adults and kids treated differently. I thank you Chuck E. Cheese and I will cherish the years I have spent here, but I will never go back to this location. You all have a blessed day 🙏🏿

Get the silver pass for the summer! Totally worth it! But change your location to a different city since the silver pass in Austin is more expensive! Still works everywhere if you purchase through the app or website!
