Food is good of course but it shouldn’t take 20+ minutes to fry wings.

I drove a far distance to this specific churches chicken because of me not having one near by. Just for them to not service me saying they're not open which they open up at 10:00am I arrive at 10:05. I scheduled my clock correctly making sure I still have enough time to get to work on time. In this economy is very tender to making blank trips wasting gas just for me to get turn around because of them not wanting to do their job im highly upset

Was here at 9:55 and stayed until 10:05. They did not open as advertised on the door and on Google maps.

I typically do not write poor reviews for businesses, but unfortunately this is one of my few. This Churches suffers from a lot of issues ranging from freshness of food, to a Soda Fountain that has an unusually tainted flavor to all the sodas which I can't tell if it's cleanliness or the water around here, to staff which ignores the counter when they're tending the drive through.

They are fast to fix orders and provide knee jerk customer service when they realize they did something wrong but it occurs often. (1 in every 3 visits from me over 2 years.)

During the last visit I had there was this abnormal funk with their gravy because their storage is too hot and it partly melts the plastic lids they use and I could taste it in the food and almost threw up, that combined with the stale chicken tenders that was colder than the gravy itself made me decide to never return unless it got some kind of big overhaul and a staff that takes better care of their business.

Always go on Wednesday for the 8pc and family side of mash potatoes for 10.99 great deal and awesome customer service staff is always helpful when taking orders

Im rating this church’s a literal … 1/10 chile. My first time going to this location and my chicken tenders were extremely hard & one of them was served to me ripped in half so I didn’t even get my full tender. they forgot my biscuit in my box and not to mention their restroom was extremely disgusting. Women’s had pee all over the floor and toilet and men’s rr according to my spouse said the sink was disconnected from the wall and there was urine on the floor and fece stains on the toilet.. my toilet also was not flushed when I went into the rr . Never again.

It's a miracle this place is still open. Horrible service. Sat waiting for a drive thru order for almost 30 minutes along with 3 other cars. They didn't even start putting the order together until after I went inside. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Slow service, employees don't care, long wait times. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and wrap not the biggest order but wanted something quick and this place is slow. I guess they were low on pickles or something bc be serious Church's this has to be a joke.

I came to this churches and got a 10 piece. Their chicken is so fresh and tasty. I love their biscuits too. Their sides are delicious too. Nice friendly staff. I recommend getting the jalapenos too, cause you'll enjoy the heat along with the spice. The restaurant was clean too.

The lady that worked there was rude, the chicken was over cooked, the macaroni was disgusting and they didn't even give me the tea I ordered. Won't be going back.

What i can say is Mgr jump in to help correct issues. I thank her for that. Chicken was dry.. biscuit dry an fell apart... tea was strong as if it sat to long. Apples In pie dry ...
