I ordered an 8-piece dark chicken and an 8-piece spicy boneless wings with honey mustard sauce.

Let’s start with the boneless wings:
Impressively juicy with a nice, light crunch to the breading—though not very spicy. The honey mustard sauce is also a top-tier fast food contender.

Placed online order at 10:00am for pick up at 3:15pm. Standing in the lobby waiting for the order because they only had 1/4 of the order ready on time. Waiting for chicken to be cooked. Order was finally ready 40 minutes late . We were offered a drink while we wait which is nice. Five hours notice should have been adequate to prepare our order. Very disappointed. Spent over $200. 4 - 16 pc family meals
September 2025
Chickens always blonde but nice and crispy. They have several meal deals that are a good price. Staff isn’t always the friendliest and I’ve been here at least three times around 4 and they were out of chicken, which is crazy to me but we went somewhere else as we weren’t offered to wait for more or given any timeline, just that there was no chicken. All in all we still eat here, would give 5 stars if there was a little more consistency/reliability.
