I've been sick from Monday to Friday with food poisoning. The chicken was luke warm and the dr pepper tasted off, almost like they've never cleaned their fountain drinks. Already reported them to the health department. Avoid at all costs. Almost put me in the hospital.

Went to drive thru and the service is so bad did not even ask if we want drink, or if we want anything from our order. The drive thru employee just say go to the drive thru window that’s it very unprofessional very rude.

The food was yummy as usual, the older man running the register is always friendly but we tried to dine in and I have to say that until the manager/owner get his completely LOUD, unprofessional and HIGHLY OBNOXIOUS staff under control, I will not be dining in again and would suggest no one else does either. This is a small family type restaurant, not a Mexican fiesta Cinco de mayo bar/celebration. There is one particular woman who apparently doesn't get enough attention at home and desperately seems to want attention of her male coworkers and whose voice was like nails on a chalkboard and literally made me nauseous. And her obnoxious horrific laugh was even worse if that's possible. Good food but if dining in, BEWARE!! Her voice is literally AWFUL... Hope the wonderful nice manager takes care of this situation or he'll be definitely be losing business with her loud horrific voice. Completely unacceptable so much so that another customer was there with his little granddaughter and ended up yelling at them in Spanish to shut up. BAD OBNOXIOUS UNPROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENT.

Customer service was okay but our coleslaw was missing we ordered a family okra and we were given one little okra with about 10 pieces in it and when we called to let them know infact called several times phone went all the way to the dial tone needless to say I'm posting this because I will be going back up there tomorrow and hopefully they makeup for the inconvenience .. trail and all

Had to repeat our order at the drive thru at least 4 times before the chick repeated it correctly. We get to the window, the soda has no ice and taste flat. We’re then told to pull to the front as the food was not made. We wait another 15 minutes just for a chick with tattoos to walk out and say “idk what i gave you”. We check our food and its missing a biscuit, tenders were cold & chicken sandwich buns were burnt to the max! We will not be returning. Terrible food quality and workers who clearly aren’t making customers a priority or making enough food.

This batch of fried chicken seems to be freshly made and is very delicious. It doesn’t have a juicy burst, but the meat is very tender and not dry, and the skin is crispy. It’s better than the ones I had before. This place always has plenty of seating available, and the service is very fast.

place never has spicy chicken even at 5 in the afternoon. The Jalapeño bombers were very sad. They were cold and old. Cheese was dry and coagulated. tried this place 3 times and each time something is wrong with the order.
