Recommend this location...highly. It's not everyday you walk into a fast food location where the staff is eager to tend to you. My order was out in a snap of a finger. I noticed they went the extra mile to make sure my order was packed right to keep my food fresh and hot untill I got home to eat it. The lobby area was clean and smelled clean too. This is definitely one of my favorite fried chicken chains and one of the last ones in Austin. I love the spicy chicken here, I love the spice and their batter that coats the chicken skin, it's crispy and delicious. If I had gravy to dip it, it would probably be better than maybe chicken joy IMO. NGL, this location is not the best but the Mgr who runs the store is such a nice guy to all the come in, it really is a blessing to see him work. Their prices are very good here...
I drove thru and the employee at the window was great. He made me smile, took my $ and gave me my food...wham..bam..thank you mam... the wait wasn't too long however the food wasn't memorable because if it was I would've given a review right away.
