Churros are an absolute must! These churros are so good I wish they had more churro ice cream combos definitely would be a plus. But very affordable

I don't usually write reviews .. but I'll make an exception today. Unlike the other reviews the place was clean, and food was pretty good. Now customer service definitely HORRIBLE !!! I completely understand it's Sunday 8:08 pm and girls want to go home, but from the moment we entered and started asking questions about the churros the lady black long hair, white blouse and turquoise flower belt didn't greet us, blank facial expression and went straight to let us know we only have churros and certain dips.. we are out of everything else..so I proceed to ask my children what they wanted and we order. Someone else came in from (I'm assuming next door ) black short skirt went to the kitchen look at previous girl dead in her eye .. first girl said 5 ..and they both continue looking at each other like aughh more orders kind of face (I worked in the food industry I'm famikiar with those stares)..let's not forget to mention my whole family felt the weird vibe including my 10 yr old
We left 8:37 pm they close doors, turn off lights and told others they were out of churros ! I believe an stablisment so popular like this one should never be running out of products specially weekend nights and also demanding location !
As for the costumer service experience... a little smile won't hurt and can take you places !!! ?..and get you more tips

Churro was hard when trying to eat it but over all the place is cute I loved your they were playing sailor moon on the tv lol
This colorful little bakery centers around a menu of several churro topping options. Besides the churros, they have a case of empanadas and cookies. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the bakery has several tables to dine in. Located alongside several restaurants, it's a great place to get desert after your burrito, taco, or bagel sandwich.
Parking: Large parking lot shared with adjacent businesses.

I CAN NOT believe this place has only been opened a year?? It’s run down, filthy, furniture falling apart and rusting, floor destroyed. The more I looked the worse it got.
Very difficult to find at night. They have a small white logo on the door. They had ONE employee back there, fighting for her life. No assistance. No back up. We waited 15 minutes to get our order taken then another 20 for our order. She was a sweetheart, I really felt awful for her that she was put into this position, she’s the only reason they get more than one star.
We ordered traditional churros and a Xtraberry funnel cake. The churros came out looking burnt, which we ignored because we had seen other churros come out while we waited and they all looked like that, maybe it was just how they looked? Nope. They tasted and were burnt. Awful.
The funnel cake is tiny for the price! It comes out already soggy and cold. They give a little bit of the “xtra” strawberries. Just, not worth the $12.
Not counting this last point against them because not everyone will feel the same way about it, but there were “personality tests” displayed proudly on the counter from church of Scientology. Gave me a super weird vibe, but again, not everyone is going to feel that way.
Every time I give this restaurant group another chance, I’m let down. If you’re only going for the instagram friendly look and drinks, it’ll be fine. If you actually care about the quality, taste, and value of your food and good service, you will hate it. Just like the other restaurants in this group, it’s all sparkle, no actual good content.
