I absolutely LOVE chuys but this location seems to be lacking in a lot of areas. The past 3 times I’ve been the service was not good at all. Not sure if their servers cannot handle multiple tables or if they’re short staffed. I’ve been in the service industry for 10 years so I’m very patient and understanding. This last time we went my soda was brought out with what I was told after the fact seemed to be creamy jalepeno all in the cup. Disgusting. Not a single apology or ounce of remorse and still charged me for it. I lost my appetite after that and couldn’t finish my food. Just disappointing because we’ve always had positive experiences at other locations. This store needs more employees that care about their customers and want to work for good tips. Won’t be returning to this location

Awful experience, Luis provided the worst waiting experience I have ever had. Brought us drinks, not the food (someone else did) and never saw him again until the wait staff realized how angry I was and told him to come see me. Heard wait staff talking badly about customers and on their phones throughout the restaurant. Overall 0/5 stars, would never recommend going.

My recent visit was really disappointing. Our server, Bailey, was extremely rude and not attentive at all. He only checked on us once after bringing our food, and the next time we saw him was when he dropped off the bill. I also watched him spending time in the back flirting with other servers instead of taking care of his tables. On top of that, he got our food order wrong. Overall, the service made the whole experience frustrating

From the moment we walked in we were greeted and the young lady sat us down. Jon (our waiter) was kind, friendly and patient. The food was off the charts! The Blackberry lemonade with Titos’s…. Next level. Another waitress had the coolest shirt, and was also kind and friendly. The waitress for the food was minimal! All together a great experience!

The food was good, but the service was unacceptable. I waited far too long for anyone to even acknowledge me. If you’re going to redirect customers to another seating area, make sure there is actual service available there. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
