The food was delicious & the portions are generous. Although a lot of people were in there it only took a few minutes to be seated on a Thursday night. It's a bit loud in there, but no different than any other restaurants on the weekend (which actually starts on Thursdays).

Picked up a to go order and a Jose S (who was kind) brought my order out along with a tall Brunette wearing a black sweater. She gave me a receipt to sign and I signed and gave it back. Immediate attitude change because I couldn’t tip, It’s a company card and unfortunately I’m unauthorized to give tips. Not my money or company. She came back to bring me a second bag and shoved it into my chest (no exaggeration) turned away and loudly talked smack and yelled something about me as a human. Seriously Unprofessional. Don’t know her name but it’s 1/17/26 at 12:50 when I picked up my food. Ridiculous attitude.

I recently visited Chuy’s and ordered the chicken enchiladas with Chicka Chicka Boom Boom sauce — absolutely amazing! The flavors were rich and comforting, and it truly was a mouth-watering experience. The wait time was a bit long since it was rush hour, but honestly, it was worth it. The drinks were great too — refreshing and well-balanced. We also tried the tacos and enchiladas with tomatillo sauce, which turned out to be another favorite. Overall, I highly recommend Chuy’s if you’re craving some tasty Tex-Mex. The food is delicious, portions are generous, and the prices are pretty reasonable.

Honestly, it was a bit disappointing. There isn’t much variety on the menu, and the chicken enchiladas weren’t great, the tortilla was hard to eat. The service could have been better as well. I probably wouldn’t come back or recommend it, especially with so many other good Tex-Mex options around.

We went with our 7 month old for an early dinner and this Chuy’s team is made up of literal angels! Our baby was being slightly fussy, so the manager offered to walk him around so that we could enjoy our dinner. She proceeded to walk him around and point things out to him, which he loved. She was also joined by several members of her incredible staff, who also helped entertain him while we ate. Above and beyond any customer service we have experienced! We are so grateful to the extraordinary staff and will definitely be back! Thank you so much to our baby’s “Chuy’s Aunties!”

Had the most awful experience here Saturday! Food took forever to come out! I ordered a burrito with boom boom sauce and it came out wrong twice!!!!!! Asked to speak to the manager Shelby and she was the most rudest woman I’ve ever met! She doesn’t need to be managing any establishments with that unprofessional attitude. Despite the food coming out wrong twice and tasting average and the rude manager, Lee our waitress was amazing and tried to fix everything the best she could. Will not be coming back to this chuys location

6 of us had dinner for a birthday. We started with the mixed plate appetizer and it was hot and delicious to share with whole table. Our server was very friendly and professional. He provided tres leches cake on the house and some churros on the house for the birthday girl. Very enjoyable experience we expect and know about Chuy's.
