Decent food except received 2 bags of chips half filled up, for a family of 5. Just curious as to how you think it’s okay for practically 1 bag of chips to feed a family of 5. Like it was so noticeably not filled, we were confused if it was by mistake.

I've only been to Chuy's once. I had the opportunity to try the Tortilla Soup and the Panchos. Both were amazing! I look forward to returning to Chuy's to continue my exploration of the menu.
This location isn't as good as others.
Love Chuys, it’s my Sunday tradition. Very rarely will they mess up an order but it has happened a few times with my Togo orders.
Steak Burrito super tender, bartender couldn't make the drink I wanted but had a great attitude...would probably go back...
Very bad service. New waitres and ordered drink never brought it. Salsa like water, manager just apology. We ordered vegetarian food and few dishes brought with beef. They just credit only two dishes, nothing else. Only apology, no more discount!
An Austin go-to! Always great service and food!
Dump. Pickup time of 6 still waiting at 6:30. Unbelievable. Don’t come here.
Chuy's got sold and it really shows! They're no longer Texan.
Great experience !!!

Decent food since the new ownership and covid but they absolutely cannot figure out to-go orders. Not one single time have they been able to have food ready any where near the scheduled time. My advice to anyone ordering to go is to place the order for at least 30 minutes ahead of when you want it so that your wait will be minimal.
