Only visiting, but may have been the most fun we had the whole trip! Would absolutely come back every chance we get! The best cider and so many fun games, such a blast!
Drove half an hour to have some fun here and didn't get to play a single game because of how LOUD and unruly it was. kids are super disappointed and they refused to refund our admission even though we didn't touch a single game. I'm sure they rake in a ton of money this way... and with no refund policy listed anywhere on their website, so why? not even offering to credit the amount we spent toward food.
Does not have Topo Chico
Attended here whilst in town for the formula one. Wow, where to start!! It was amazing. So much choice of arcade entertainment from pinball, asteroids up to Fast and Furious driving. Food and drinks available to. We had an absolute blast as did pretty much every after person . Price was very reasonable. You pay and you play for as long as you like. After 9 pm it’s over 18’s only. Behaviour and atmosphere was impeccable all the time we were there. Seriously good fun at an amazing price. Check it out.
My favorite arcade place in Austin
Butterbeer Cider next level, really great time there. Not too crazy even on a Saturday night.
came here for the first time service was trash staff kept ignoring us n was so freaking rude to my little brother. food was good games were fun. 2 stars cus what the heck
Cool pinball machines lots to choose from. The deck area has plenty of space to sit down.
Unlimited game play on acardes!!!??? What more can I ask for. Have classic and new style games. Pin ball games. Serve good and beer on tap. OH YEAH, highly recommend
Visited with my lady and another couple. We had a blast playing the games, sipping beer and taking in the good vibes. Outside was spacious and great scenery.

Fun games, lots of people, meh food
All of the fun games are always taken just like the ole days of arcades, so fair warning if you are not into that, and rather play these games at home. It's also extremely loud, and packed with people just for those folks are are not into that either.
Other than that it's a steal for unlimited game all day for $12.00 per person. There's unlimited sodas for $4.00. beautiful scenic view on the patio outside, and through the windows. They decorate for every holiday. October had spider webs, crawling skeletons, flying skeleton demons.
$12 is great for all you can play. The floors are unstable and the pizza oven is awesome but they don't proof their dough...like at all. Who is your food boss? This oven screams great pizza but it''s terrible. I taste a bit of olive oil, so I know they are trying but that not what I think of when I want decent pizza. Hire me. I'll turn your pizza into gold. Bad pizza. Shitty floors. Cider overpriced. But it's $12 for all day play of vintage games so that's worth something.
We had a great time at Cidercade. We loved the free-play games for such a reasonable price. We especially enjoyed the variety of pinball games. My wife is gluten and dairy intolerant, so we were thrilled that they offered pizza with gluten free crust and vegan cheese! And it tasted great! We also shared a cider flight and loved all 5 of the ones we tried. Would definitely go back if we are in Austin again. The Halloween decorations were also really fun.
I freaking LOVE Cidercade Austin — like genuinely, it used to be one of my favorite places ever. The games are so fun, the food is fire, and the view outside is beautiful. My boyfriend and I literally go 2–3 times a week and spend so much money here. We’ve always hyped this place up to everyone.
But lately? The workers have made it almost unbearable to go. The outside area’s already kinda gross (roaches, raccoons, mosquitoes tearing you up bad), and some games stay broken — but whatever, that’s not even the worst part.
The staff has the WORST attitude I’ve ever seen. Like how do you work in an arcade surrounded by games and still be that miserable every day?? We know most of the workers by now, and every week they just get ruder for no reason. We started using the Cidercade app (which is actually super cool) and earned free drinks and free admissions — fair and square. But every time we go in now, they act mad about it. The front desk dude with the thick eyebrows took all four of my boyfriend’s free passes when it was literally just the two of us. Like be serious.
Then at the bar, this curly-headed guy straight up ignored us, then got an attitude when we didn’t rush to him fast enough. I told him I had a free drink on my boyfriend’s account, and he got snappy and started talking to me like I was dumb — full on explaining things like I was five. Bro was yelling in my face like “YOU SEE WHAT I DID THERE??” when we couldn’t even see the screen. So unnecessary.
And don’t even get me started on the pink-haired girl — I literally watched her pour my boyfriend’s drink, dump it out, and make it again like she added something in between. We left it and dipped because that was weird as hell.
At this point it feels like the staff just hates us for coming often or getting in for free sometimes, but we earned that through the app and promotions. We don’t bother anyone or cause trouble, but the vibe from them is straight hatred.
It sucks because we used to love this place, but the customer service is absolutely disgusting now. Y’all need to check your employees because they’re ruining Cidercade’s name. We’re not coming back for a while — y’all killed the fun vibe completely.
