Rode for over an hour on my bike to get a roll for my girlfriend. My order wad 6$ and I tried to pay with a 20$. They wouldn't take my money because I didn't have a quarter. Money is still money. It's allllll legal tender. So how about you go somewhere where your cashiers know how to count change

I've had good cinnamon rolls here, and I had one that was raw in the middle. So, hit or miss. I had a worker stop me at the door and ask me to show proof of purchase when picking up an order, which hadn't happened previously. It was awkward. I emailed management about the raw cinnamon roll and strange encounter and they never responded. I guess I will be going to Bitro Vonish for my cinnamon rolls in the future.

Stopped by today to pick up an order and the gentleman at the front greeted me with a warm and welcoming smile, asked how my day was going and offered a sample cookie to try.
First of all, the cookie was absolutely delicious and I will definitely think of Cinnaholic at the Arboretum when I’m craving another. Second, as a prior business owner, I understand the importance of treating customers exceptionally well as they are the livelihood of every business and the way they handle folks here at Cinnaholic in the Arboretum is exemplary. I highly recommend this establishment for all you cookie-holics and cinnabon connoisseurs!!

I absolutely love this place, would recommend this to anyone! However the staff is usually behind and on NATIONAL cinnamon roll day, you have one person working and by 3pm ( only opened for 3 hours) you are out of cinnamon rolls. Not very good service and extremely disappointed.

I am so disappointed. The cookies were undercooked and the cream cheese frosting had broken down and looked like curdled milk. Nothing was left in a hot car , the cinnamon roll was in a cold house within 10 minutes of purchase. The cashier was uninterested in serving us. Will not buy from there again.

I had a work event that I used Cinnaholic for the food. Everyone raved over the food tray. I felt like we got our money’s worth and while the location is prime- their hours are noon to 10pm which I found quite unique. So make sure you plan ahead!

I went there for the first time ever on Saturday, July 11, 2024. I tried the regular, basic cinnamon roll; it was delicious! I was in heaven. Great service. Place looked clean.
