Came in around 9:15 on a Sunday and had no trouble finding a seat — grabbed a spot at the bar. Service was quick and straightforward. Ordered a coffee and the Chorizo Plate. The coffee stood out with a nice chicory flavor, definitely better than typical diner coffee. The chorizo plate wasn’t much to look at but had solid flavor. In and out in about 30 minutes, and the total came to around $16 with tip. Overall, a good, efficient breakfast spot and the service was friendly...
Fun historic restaurant in the heart of east austin. The service and atmosphere were great, it had tons of old charm and decor.

As far as the food goes, it was all well priced and quite delicious. I would say there are no frills here, you get what you order. The food was simple and direct to the point. I came to Cisco’s for lunch with my gf, Austin local, who hadn’t been in years but was always impressed and wanted to bring it back to our list of places to eat lunch.
We both had a lunch combo, which is $9 for a well portioned meal.
We ordered chicken enchiladas and el pastor.
I liked the el pastor the best, and their airy chips for snacking on. The tea tasted very watered down, but it was complimentary with a happy hour lunch entree.
