Athena was awesome! Got the wings and Brussel sprouts which I wish had more salt/savory flavor but still very good. Everyone in my party really seemed to like their meals too! Also I would say in the middle/high end with prices.

Christopher was nice and such a great server. tried this place from a recommendation and i wasn’t dissapoinged. every month they vibe proceeds to a non profit and i think that’s so beautiful. prices were standard. i got the matcha blue nitro and it was so good! i also got the benny avo and that was so good too!! very impressed. love trying new spots 🙂↔️

To honestly express and exemplify my regret of coming to this restaurant, the positive vibe of the restaurant itself juxtaposizes the absolute negativity of the food and service, genuinely felt like I was in a episode of the newest sit-com. Half of the menu was unavailable for order, how do you serve breakfast without pancakes and bacon. Waited half an hour for one piece of toast and bottled water.

We visited Citizens today with a large group and had made reservations in advance. After being seated, we ordered drinks and began choosing our meals—only to be told after we started ordering that the grill/ griddle was broken. This meant that more then half the menu items were unavailable, including the pancakes, which were the main reason our group chose the restaurant.
Had we been informed about the issue when we arrived—or even before we were seated—we likely would have chosen a different place. Instead, because we already had drinks, we felt pressured to stay and order from a very limited selection. The options available were mostly egg dishes, which didn’t fit what our group came for.
Overall, it was a disappointing experience. The restaurant could have posted a sign, informed us upfront, or offered a discount to acknowledge the inconvenience. A little transparency would have gone a long way.
