Coco, a cozy joint, has become a regular spot for me. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Surprisingly, it’s never as crowded as I’d expect, considering its proximity to UT’s campus. It’s a great place to warm up with a bowl of soup. I’ve tried various items on their menu, and each one has been a delightful surprise. And of course, no meal is complete without a refreshing boba!
Give Coco a try!

The full order of the scallion pancakes actually include 2x much as the photo and came as the second batch. Large portion.
It’s close to Taiwanese style. Free vegetable soup is similar to some Taiwanese self-helping restaurants. Parking has to be across the street. Food came fast and it’s a cozy little cafe.

Idk what the cashier’s problem is but he’s incredibly mean for no reason.

The food tastes pretty good and is reasonably priced.
This has been my always go-to place restaurant when I was a student at the University of Texas at Austin. Located at Guadalupe Street and 20th, this place served authentic Taiwanese foods and drinks.
One food item that I always order whenever I come here is Peppercorn Chicken with Rice. It looks extremely simple, but that taste always makes me to come back whenever I visit Austin.
Because this is a place that always brings me a memory back, this is my favorite place to visit whenever I am at Austin.

Love this place!
Great place to stop on campus!!
I usually get a standard black milk tea or taro with boba, but they have lots of flavors. I didn't see it on my most recent visits, but they used to have one or two almond milk boba drinks which is a rare vegan milk offering for bubble tea shops.
The only thing is that food service is VERY slow -- like 25 min.
Delicious!

The food is great and the staff were very friendly. I had a good experience!
Tasty food and drinks, and the free soup for those who order food is a nice touch.
The drinks, which are quite expensive for what you get. I've seen several Taiwanese eateries in other cities that offer significant discounts on drinks when food is ordered, but no such discounts exist here.

Recommend! Complimentary soup + good food + shaved ice
Great food great service. Highly service oriented manager, Kira.
The buns were life changing
Pork chop and Crispy chicken are so tasty!
I got the pepper steak and rice. It was the perfect warm meal for a rare chilly afternoon. The meat was tender and the sauce was so savory. I got my boba half sweet and that was perfect!
My friend got the pork belly with rice. The pork was so juicy and the greens had a nice acidity. The eggs were a little overdone and confused the texture.
The space is a little small but we had found a seat at the shared high table with no problem. I’ll definitely be back!
