Very dry brisket BBQ sandwich. No sauce, not as pictured

Although there was no line, the staff didn’t seem in any rush at all. Food still took awhile as the staff seemed to dilly dally. When we got the food, the bagels were lukewarm and had hardly any of the toppings. Expected much more for $10 bagel sandwiches. They didn’t even toast them! I didn’t know I needed to ask for them to specifically toast them nor did the worker even ask. Although we asked for them to take off a topping on one of the sandwiches…. It still came on it of course. Disappointed in this experience for sure. Just go to a different spot in the airport.

I want to give this tiny little woman a Giant shout out!! She took good care of us, with a smile that lit up the room. The food was amazing and because of her I will spread the word of what great customer service should be you can definitely get it at Einsteins.

I agree with the other comments, the staff is terrible. I just watched some of the members leave their station to check their phone and make a coffee, while the rest of the staff rush to service a 30+ minute wait. The order staff couldn’t care less and handed me their cream cheese options written down on receipt paper. I’m amazed the franchise allows the franchisee to continue denigrating the brand with staff performance, because I do not need to give them $5+ for a bagel (with almost nothing on it I might add) to then wait for 30+ minutes while they’re on their phone and/or have a bad attitude.

The worst bacon, egg, cheese bagel ever... Cold American cheese and thin piece of egg. No way this was one egg. Don't waste your time standing in line for TERRIBLE FOOD!

I had to write this positive review for the friend service I recieved today. The gentleman that took my order was a delight to deal with very friendly. And the woman working the line was busting her tail working very hard to make sure everyone was satisfied. They were all under tremendous pressure. I did feel bad for them. I do hope they are compensated for working under extreme pressure. They provided an excellent product. I purchased They turkey sandwich on a bagel. Price was fair for airport food. It was delicious. That you for a pleasant experience. I like the upgraded menu as well.

After hearing how great their bagels were from one of my friends, I made the decision to stop here for breakfast. I had a hot tea and ordered the turkey sausage and cheddar everything bagel. The restaurant was quite busy, I must add, but my breakfast arrived hot and fresh. The staff was incredibly kind, making sure I got my food and answering my inquiries.

Just got a bagel at this location at the Austin airport the manager Jennifer was extremely rude not accommodating and gave me a hard time when I kindly asked for a little extra cream cheese on a order that I was barely a half full side- not even enough to do one 1/2-said rudely I'll have to purchase another one- completely rude human to other guests, While I was waiting for my orderI stood there for 10 minutes watching -

You can always expect to have a bad experience at this location. I ordered my sandwich and went over it with the guy multiple times. My sandwich was completely wrong when I got on the plane and opened the bag. I paid extra for an egg. No egg on the sandwich. I specifically asked for a 'thin' bagel but nope that was wrong too and instead had a full-size bagel. It was the wrong bagel as well-I asked for everything bagel and received plain bagel. Yuck. I asked that they cut the sandwich in half. Nope that was not done either. I could not eat the sandwich so threw it in the trash. I have been emailing Daniel the manager of the store and he promised to refund me and I'm still waiting for his response after several weeks. Horrible customer service business. I travel in and out of this airport regularly and I will not go back. Shame on you.

their latte was awful, i’m a barista and im 90% sure they just used iced coffee and not espresso. if that is just their espresso god help us all. bagel tasted like cardboard and when they forgot my butter they tried to charge me to get some. the cashier was really nice though.
