They advertise on the screen a breakfast combo but when you get to the register it’s not the advertised breakfast combo deal and then they say “Sorry I just work here” and charge you more.

Lots of reviews here are negative. My own experience was positive: there was no line; I got a turkey, bacon, avocado on an asiago bagel; it was $10 and change; I received it in a couple of minutes; it has a generous portion of meat; and it tasted pretty good.

I definitely wouldn't come here again. I got a cheddar bacon with 2 eggs, toasted, and an asiago bagel with onion and chives cream cheese. The cheddar bacon came on a chibatta, was very dry, the bread was lukewarm and not toasted, and cheese was cold and wasn't melted at all and the eggs were lukewarm. The asiago bagel came with very little cream cheese and was barely toasted. I would rather pay more for a decent meal than what I got from Einsteins.

Service was fast and efficient. The bagels are aight, definitely don’t expect them to look like the pictures, but it helps for a quick meal before your flight without being overpriced.

I got a Nova lox on Sesame and it was so good, I wondered if I've ever truly had a lox bagel my entire life. This was my first time trying Einstein's and so I wasn't sure what to expect. Not to mention it's in an airport which typically is of lower quality and consistency.

I was blown away by the quality. Every ingredient tasted fresh and the flavors shined. The capers didn't taste like the jarred stuff you get at the grocery store, instead it added the right hit of acid without overpowering anything. Like a backup dancer you don't notice but without which the experience is lack luster. The tomato was the perfect texture and taste and the red onion was crunchy with a hint of sweetness to it. And all of it was brought together by the most delicious creamy, dreamy soft cream cheese that I've ever had. I'm impressed at the texture they achieved with this cream cheese and now I understand why they call it a smear. Almost a whipped butter consistency. Surprisingly the bagel itself was unremarkable. But everything else was so good it's hard to care.

I wasn't expecting to have such a gourmet experience at an airport of all places! Highly recommend!

Although there was no line, the staff didn’t seem in any rush at all. Food still took awhile as the staff seemed to dilly dally. When we got the food, the bagels were lukewarm and had hardly any of the toppings. Expected much more for $10 bagel sandwiches. They didn’t even toast them! I didn’t know I needed to ask for them to specifically toast them nor did the worker even ask. Although we asked for them to take off a topping on one of the sandwiches…. It still came on it of course. Disappointed in this experience for sure. Just go to a different spot in the airport.

I want to give this tiny little woman a Giant shout out!! She took good care of us, with a smile that lit up the room. The food was amazing and because of her I will spread the word of what great customer service should be you can definitely get it at Einsteins.
Thank you ALLURA DENIM, keep up the great work and beautiful attitude and smile.

I agree with the other comments, the staff is terrible. I just watched some of the members leave their station to check their phone and make a coffee, while the rest of the staff rush to service a 30+ minute wait. The order staff couldn’t care less and handed me their cream cheese options written down on receipt paper. I’m amazed the franchise allows the franchisee to continue denigrating the brand with staff performance, because I do not need to give them $5+ for a bagel (with almost nothing on it I might add) to then wait for 30+ minutes while they’re on their phone and/or have a bad attitude.

The worst bacon, egg, cheese bagel ever... Cold American cheese and thin piece of egg. No way this was one egg. Don't waste your time standing in line for TERRIBLE FOOD!

I had to write this positive review for the friend service I recieved today. The gentleman that took my order was a delight to deal with very friendly. And the woman working the line was busting her tail working very hard to make sure everyone was satisfied. They were all under tremendous pressure. I did feel bad for them. I do hope they are compensated for working under extreme pressure. They provided an excellent product. I purchased They turkey sandwich on a bagel. Price was fair for airport food. It was delicious. That you for a pleasant experience. I like the upgraded menu as well.
