I had very low expectations after seeing the low scoring and reviews but this exceeded my expectations!!! The bagels tasted so fresh, soft and yummy! I ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese. The bagel came toasted. Upon returning to the counter, a lovely person asked if they could help me and I told her I did not want my bagel toasted. And she happily said oh I can fix that! And she redid my bagel for me then I told her my coffee was not hot after putting cream in and would she please microwave it for me and she said they didn’t have a microwave so she steamed my coffee and made it nice and hot for me. Lots of reviews here are negative. My own experience was positive: there was no line; I got a turkey, bacon, avocado on an asiago bagel; it was $10 and change; I received it in a couple of minutes; it has a generous portion of meat; and it tasted pretty good.
