Incredible food! We got the tacos, empanadas, and conchas. The drip coffee was a tasty roast. My wife got the cafe olla and loved it. We'll definitely be back sooner than later.
Forgot to take pictures of the food - we had a breakfast empanada, some pink cake a Jamaican Concha - and washed it down with a la comadre (which I really liked a LOT...). Everything was delicious - one of our traveling companions let us try a bit of her apple fritter - and that was absolutely heavenly. We come from farm country in Western NY where fall means fresh cider and apple fritters - and this was the BEST apple fritter I've ever had the pleasure of eating. Muchos...
Iced lechera is gonna hit the spot every time! Love everything about this panadería from the music, ambiance, pastries, drinks and the wonderful employees. Truly gives third space. Very ethically sourced and powerful mission statement. I frequent this place but not as often as I would like and yet, the workers still recognize you! True hospitality :)
