Went in for the first time FINALLY with my friend as a sort of “cheer-me-up” girl date/birthday and was blown away with this spot! Rocky was not only our bartender but also an amazing server from the very start, greeting us with warmth. The menu was a little confusing for some things we were unfamiliar with but Rocky gave us great suggestions as well as helped us understand the rest of it. Each dish was uniquely deliciously with rich flavors that paired well with each other....

Comedor is one of my absolute favorite restaurants in Austin! The atmosphere is warm and intimate, the food is out of this world (get the bone marrow tacos, then thank me later), and the drinks are perfect (the Oaxaca margarita always hits the spot).
What really sets Comedor apart is the staff - inviting and warm, everyone from the seating hosts to the wait staff makes you feel like a truly valued guest, no matter how busy it gets. The management is fantastic as well...

Ella did absolutely amazing, she helped us pick out the best dishes for our table. She coursed everything out perfectly 1000/10 service. Shout out chef Charlie for the delicious food.
