Asked for a cone got served in a cup!

Sign says to place your order with host inside the connected restaurant. Good luck getting them to pay you any attention. My kids and I stood there for 5 min without even getting acknowledged. We’ll find another place to grab some ice cream.

Cute shaded area outside with a food truck. Don't go for the cone because you get less ice cream and it's likely to end up in a cone anyways. It's good for the price so check it out if you're near but other places are better tasting. I'd still come again.

Closed in the middle of the day, despite being well within posted hours.

Ice cream was very watery and melted instantly. The butter pecan didn’t even taste like pecan. Customer service was good but don’t recommend the ice cream.

Ordering a cone here means they put it in a cup and then put the cone on top, didn't realize a cone counts as a topping here so it completely defeating the entire purpose of getting a cone and wasting 50 cents. Not only does the ice cream taste like literal ice the rainbow sprinkles taste like straight chalk and ruined the entire ice cream. Whoever is rating this place higher than 1 star has zero concept of taste

This is literally a hidden gem. Tried the chocolate swirl and it turned out to be amazing. This food truck is located right to the entrance, can be little tricky to find it. We were almost about to leave thinking its closed but later found it right there. Not too busy on weekdays so good for evening ice cream cravings. Go check it out if you are fan of soft serve.

Google said it was open. Drove there. It was closed.
We stopped by at 1:34 pm. The restaurant was open. Your truck was there but the window of your food truck was closed. We walked around it.

This is to the owners question, I can’t respond back to your response as easy than editing this review. I left an email as well before this review so you could possibly help me out as a customer feel appreciated an d heard. And and Also try to address the issue I’m sure other customers were dealing with. It was the mopac location, I would go back but after that incident I just felt like I was treated wrongly and it’s not the experience I’ve had when I went the first time.

I rarely leave bad reviews and it’s sad for this to be the second one I have ever left. I love soft serve ice cream and I thought I found the place. I’ve been 3 times and each time I visited I’ve always asked for my ice cream in a waffle cone. The last time I made a visit the lady at the register was having trouble with many things, she didn’t know how to use the register and we had to go inside the restaurant to use my card, it wasn’t an issue but she then forgot what I ordered and she messed up 3 times. After the 3rd time I just took it how it was. The first time she gave me the wrong flavor, the second time she put the waffle cone on top of the cup, when I had asked for it inside the waffle cone, she said that the way it comes but I know I can also order it inside the waffle cone, the 3rd time she just messed up on the flavors again. I wrote an email about this months ago, I usually write an email before I put a review hoping to get an apology, but I haven’t heard back since, I even wrote you guys on social media and still haven’t heard back. The customers ahead of us even had an issue with the lady at the counter. They said “we asked for our ice cream in the waffle cone and the lady just shrugged her shoulders and said something smart about it, like that’s how your going to get it. lol, my email I sent was also for constructive feedback so it could help your business. Hopefully this helps a little still for the future of your business, because I do feel like the soft serve is good, it is a bit pricey but in my opinion worth it. I would’ve been back if I felt like I was treated better, or even if it was a simple reply back when I had sent those emails and messages on social media.

We have wanted to try this for a while now; and finally had opportunity to. We were so disappointed. We got one chocolate swirl and a strawberry each with waffle cone. The best thing about was the cone. The “ice cream” was so gritty. Only way I could eat it was take small amount of “ice cream” with the cone. After few bites; we got up to tell the girl working the truck that it was really gritty, and tasted off. She said “oh ok, I may need to mix it more”. But, for $16 for two cones/cups I would have expected better quality. And, though she did apologize the service rating is only a 2 because once she even acknowledged there may be something wrong with mixture at least an offer of refund, discount on future purchase or something should have been offered. The atmosphere was nice as the location was at Garbos, with a nice patio, with clean tables.

10/6 like to update. But the company reach out to me and apologized and stated that the batch was not made correctly. And, they offered me a gift card to come try the creamery again. Thank you Connor’s Creamery for being responsive and willing to do something to make it right.

20 minutes from time of order to receiving ice cream pulled from a soft serve machine. Don’t waste your time or money.

One of the very few places which serve soft serve. I only like the banana one. Most of the other flavors are sub par but service and atmosphere is good.
