I attended the Village Farm event where they had a food truck. I placed the order after maybe 10-15 guests had. I got my smoothie and asked about the food and they said it'd be out shortly. After waiting 48-50 min.s for my food, I saw everyone else be served before me. I asked about food twice and was told it was coming. Then there were two people left at the end of the night still waiting standing right in front of them the whole time. I was repeatedly ignored all night. I have never been treated like this in my life. Seems they cant prioritize or be guest focused. Don't expect to grow if you dont know what you're doing. Get the basics down. Make similar items together. Sell tickets quickly with like food items together and with a sense of urgency. I've worked in the food industry for 30 yrs. Now. Don't make people feel invisible or insignificant. I think the lady handling orders gave my food away to a Chris and my name is Chrissy so she got confused but didnt even try to make up for it. Also got diarrhea from the food. Don't RECOMMEND this place at all!

My wife and I used to love Conscious Cravings, and would visit regularly for amazing vegan eats and knew their really friendly employee with the long dreads. However, the last two - three months (late summer 2025) this place has fallen off of a cliff when it comes to service and quality.
Their online ordering was disabled for the longest time. I tried reaching out via facebook and instagram, but no one was available to ask what the status of their food truck was. We took a chance and went there one afternoon, driving 40 min across Austin, and they were closed at 4pm when it says online that they're open until 8pm.
We finally went again and they had a new employee who was nice but did an awful job with their food. The blackened tofu wrap is usually amazing, but it was dripping in their BBQ sauce and had no other flavor. The burrito was also tiny compared to what it had been the dozen or so times we've had it before then. We ordered their blueberry acai smoothie but it was thin like water and tasted off, so ended up throwing it out as a precaution.
We got back from a trip recently and with their close proximity to AUS, love to stop by after we leave the airport. This afternoon I ordered around 330pm and spent $55 on food, since their online ordering finally showed active again, only to pull up and they're completely closed down. Google, their website, and Facebook show they're supposed to be open until 8pm again today. What gives?! Now I need to dispute this with my CC company, which is frustrating.
Sadly I think their recent shenanigans have cost them a formerly loyal customer for the next several months at least. It's so sad because as mentioned, their food is great, and their employees were really nice, but their lack of communication about this and three bad experiences in a row now are too much, especially when they're 40 minutes away.

Dear Management,
I placed an order for pickup on 8/8/25 at 5:55PM. The receipt I received told me I could pick it up at 6:10PM that same day. I arrived and the place was closed. I tried calling, no answer. I have called several times since then, with no response. I would like my $26.60 back, seeing as I did not receive anything in exchange for my money.
I would rather have not left a one-star review but I don’t really see another option for getting the attention of someone to process a refund. I have enjoyed this place in the past.

Dropped into Austin for a weekend, this was a major highlight! Filling, tasty, vegan, and all at a great price and great setting. Love this spot!

Food is great the man serving is really sweet. However I got food there on Friday and split my burrito and had the second part after work that night and while eating a blond hair came out of my mouth. I was disgusted and couldn’t finish the burrito. I don’t think I’m ever coming back until I physically see the people working here wear hairnets. It’s not worth it otherwise.

I hate to leave a bad review, but the food was so bad. It was a large wrap and fries. I thought I ordered the tofu siracha wrap, but it was so bland. I couldn’t taste any seasoning or siracha at all. Just felt like eating a plain scrambled egg. But I pushed thru and ate it anyway cuz it was $20… Aside from that, service was great, very fast, and it’s a cute food truck area at the park.

I tried finding a business email to send in a recommendation but wasn’t able to find one on their website. So I have to leave a review after being very disappointed in the food quality to bring awareness to a product change.
I use to absolutely love this place for their wraps and fries for years. I was in this part of town today and decided to order their fries for pick up. After receiving them, it was disappointing to find large frozen cheap fries that were very soft and soggy. They must have changed the fries because they use to be smaller, crispy, delicious and fresh tasting with so much rosemary salt seasoning.
These new fries are bland and the cheap restaurant style that you find frozen bagged. Those smaller crispy fries were part of their original model and the old pictures are still up on google but it’s sad they changed the quality of their product. So sad… I could have gotten cheap fries anywhere else but was hoping a “conscious” food trailer would do better than this. Bring your old fries back please!!

The chickpea wrap I had wasn’t the best. It had a lot of green chutney overpowering the wrap and extremely spicy.
Could have tasted better if all the ingredients were balanced well in quantities.

Fries here are AMAZING. Was craving some fries and stopped by. The owner is really sweet a nice, and said he bakes his fries instead of frying them. Good taste, nicely seasoned, recommend the homemade spicy mayo with them as well

I agree with everybody else here the food is really good, and they said they’ve been having issues mechanically with staying open. But in all honesty, it isn’t just the last few months. It’s been the course of the last year that you will be lucky if they actually are open. Honestly, it’s either poor management or poor business ownership. If you’re in the area, see if they’re open. Don’t ever waste your time driving here from across town.
I ordered from here and went to pick up my order just for them to not even be open. Nobody will get back to me for a refund or to at least make the food I paid $30 for
