First off the bartenders were pretty nice but that's really not what left me sour we went there with a bachelor party and we were all just having fun. Some were more intoxicated than others but we were pretty on point would not acting up like crazy. They basically kicked us out 10 minutes before 2:00 also turn the lights on at 1:30 which most bars close at 2:00 and they didn't give any reason why they were closing so early and when I asked the guy was very rude about it. Like I get it dude you hate your job or whatever maybe you're annoyed with people but I usually never leave bad reviews but this place is just takes the cake and it's not like it used to be.

Completely fatphpbic. . My boyfriend tried to enter and they said because he had a “sweat stain” he wasn’t welcomed. Talked to the new owner and he didn’t care. Will never be here again if you are curlvy or plus size NEVER COME HERE. not welcome and will never make you feel validated no matter the way the staff treats you.
Get a new DJ. Guy is playing songs like we’re living in 2010. Place has a lot of potential if a quality DJ was there. You can tell bartenders are sick of this guy as well.

Had a lot of fun here for a friend's bachelorette! The DJ that was there when we went was kind of meh, but everything else made up for it. Overall friendly people who respected that some of us were married/getting married, and just wanted to have good conversation instead of flirt or be creepy. The container concept is super cool, and there are plenty of Instagrammable spots throughout. The drinks are reasonably priced. There was a pretty long line, but it moved really fast! If you're planning to hit up Rainey St, make sure the Container Bar is on your list!

Getting there: Located on Rainy St, and diagonal from Bangers across the street. I wouldn't recommend parking near here, esp during peak hours although there is street parking. Experience: One of the ladies in our party had suggested we hang out here for the night since she had previously been here and had a great time. Let me tell you, we liked this place so much we went two days in a row. The line is usually around the corner, but it moves pretty fast. The unique feature about this bar is that it's made completely of container units. They have an upstairs and a downstairs with DJs on both floors. Majority of the bar is outdoors, but they have little pockets of the bar where you can go and sit inside the containers with air conditioning to escape the TX humidity. This bar can get really crowded during Fri and Sat nights so plan with caution. The drinks were decently priced for what you get, and they had a variety of mixed drinks to choose from. Tips: - I would highly recommend if Lyft or Ubering to have them drop you off one street away from Rainy St because it's insane how many people are out esp during prime time.
