Do not buy from this company. Their food is awful and customer service is even worse. I have a family member who ordered from them and the food was gross. They reached out for a refund but was only offered 50% off the next order. They obviously didn’t listen (or don’t care) when they were told that the food was gross and they wanted a full refund. This company will do nothing to take care of the customer.

I have been using CookUnity for 2 months now. I have tried other meal companies but for me CookUnity has been the best in taste, flavors and options. I had one issue and their customer service was able to give me a resolution in a timely manner. In the photo attached I am comparing 2 meals one from CookUnity (in the tan container) and another company, you can clearly see the difference and quality in food. I have been able to share this with some co workers who are now placing their CookUnity orders!!

Although the meals I selected were good it does not offer enough low-calorie meals for my diet plan. I have a $36 credit that I can’t seem to just use because I don’t want a four meal plan. I just want to use the remaining credit. I left a message for customer service. There should be a phone number because the bot doesn’t always help.

The meals are quite delicious with healthy ingredients. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that some of dishes are a little bland. However, I have been rating every meal I get and make recommendations on what they can do to satisfy my taste. I am really enjoying the meals and there are quite a few that are 5 stars.
I am not sure why people are saying the meals expire in 2 days. So far mine have ranged from 3 days to 5 days from date of delivery.

I have never experienced such horrible customer service. After receiving two deliveries, I found out before my third delivery that I developed allergies that could cause asphyxia. I asked to change my meals four days before delivery. They declined, sent the order anyway. The order contained two meals that could possibly kill me. O did all but beg and plead for them to either let me swap or cancel delivery. They said no to both and delivered anyway. I declined the order upon delivery. I was then told that the food is donated and I cannot be credited.
• It's awful to deal with customer service. • There is no phone number where you can reach them. • Charging without authorization. • You will receive the wrong order.
I will be suing this company and posting some of their numerous responses where they declined to acknowledge my recent diagnosis of allergies that did not allow me to eat the choices sent.

This is high-end restaurant quality food if you eat healthy! The negative reviews seem to be because people don't navigate and follow the instructions. You really need to spend some time understanding it. I ordered big initially and everything came packaged perfectly and I immediately froze everything except the salads. Now I am able to skip the next 3 weeks and have already changed my plan to 4 meals a week which is all I need. You can change your plan and skip weeks anytime! If you don't check your email regularly, you might put an alert on your phone reminding you to log in and choose your meals. So far, the fresh salads with homemade dressings and blackened fish meals are my favorite. The beef bourguignon was unbelievable as well - high quality SUPER TENDER meat. If you are a foodie and appreciate fine dining food - you will LOVE this company and the amazing Chefs. If you eat fast food, this is probably not for you. I also like using my toaster oven and appreciate that you don't have to heat plastic in the microwave like other meal companies. This a GREAT plan to get exactly how much you want WHEN you want it and is very logical program. HIGHLY recommend!!! Absolutely delicious!
