I have been using CookUnity for 2 months now. I have tried other meal companies but for me CookUnity has been the best in taste, flavors and options. I had one issue and their customer service was able to give me a resolution in a timely manner. In the photo attached I am comparing 2 meals one from CookUnity (in the tan container) and another company, you can clearly see the difference and quality in food. Although the meals I selected were good it does not offer enough low-calorie meals for my diet plan. I have a $36 credit that I can’t seem to just use because I don’t want a four meal plan. I just want to use the remaining credit. I left a message for customer service. There should be a phone number because the bot doesn’t always help.
The meals are quite delicious with healthy ingredients. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that some of dishes are a little bland. However, I have been rating every meal I get and make recommendations on what they can do to satisfy my taste. I am really enjoying the meals and there are quite a few that are 5 stars.
I am not sure why people are saying the meals expire in 2 days. So far mine have ranged from 3 days to 5 days from date of delivery.
