Dined with my family on a weekend get away from San Antonio , great experience in beautiful downtown Austin, brisket and sausage was great, loved the seasoning on the brisket. Best peach cobbler I’ve had from any restaurant ever. I wish I took extra home with me.
Wanted to love the place, but the chicken was basically flavorless, zero smoke flavor, as were the beans, like no seasoning. The bbq sauce tastes like warm tomato soup. Cool spot maybe to drink and watch a game but food was very mid.
First of all the sauce was the best I ever had. It is served warm and you could literally drink it like coffee. You select the meat you want and they weigh it by the meat and pound. A huge variety although they did not have pulled pork.
