It depends on the time, that's how long it takes to get the order, the waiting time is normal. What they should improve is the cleanliness, bad cleaning generates bad smells, I know that sometimes not all of us perceive or have the same sense of smell, but this time I couldn't eat well because of a bad smell in the restaurant. The food was super good and the service was good, but that point that complements it is missing.

The popusas are excellent Other places are poopusas but they don't taste like poopusas this place is excellent the price is right, everything is expensive if you don't like cooking at home
When today and I ordered shrimp cocktail, my order came out without avocado they waiter told me they were out, then I ask for more salted crackers and they were out too, I wanted a michelada and they also sod not have it . I did not enjoy my meal

I order ahead, when I got there my order was not complete and told me it would be 15 more minutes because they didn't took the order right. The horchatas water was horrible sour.
