Good cafe, but I can’t support a business that allows a parking troll to sit in their lot and boot whoever they want without any parking signs on spaces. The deceptive practice of placing signs on spots to the side and ticketing all the spots without signs is gross, and reflects poorly on the businesses that allow it. This does not reflect the food of the cafe, but their business practices that I cannot support in good conscience.

Online ordering system takes your money, doesn’t put in the order, and when you come to pick up your order, they don’t have it and they try to charge you again and the only option they give you to get your money back is to dispute it with your bank.

Stopped here for breakfast and didn't want to leave. I ordered the strawberry banana French Toast, eggs, and potatoes. The strawberries and bananas were perfect, fresh, not soggy. The French Toast was fluffy and flavorful, no eggy taste at all. The eggs were real scrambled with a little cheddar (my preference). The coffee was delicious, too. I'm a huge French Toast fan and Counter Cafe has some of the best. Bring a friend, eat alone, the atmosphere was great. When you're finished, stop by the bookstore two doors down.

Everyone was super friendly and welcoming, food was served fast and was DELICIOUS, and the serving size is definitely worth the price. 10/10 recommend and will be coming again.
Been coming here for a while and Counter Cafe always treats me well. Food is quality, drinks are on point and service is second to none. The whole menu is great so just pick what catches your eye. Special shoutout to the bartender, Tamy, who makes the place what it is. Big recommend.
