We ate here few times and food was very good. But today we got the worse food and experience. Either they got a new owner or we got pranked. Appetizer calamari and shrimp came out just calamari. I didn’t bother to say something because main course was coming out. I ordered scallops with risotto and my wife got the filet mignon with asparagus and augratin potatoes. My portion was lunch size literally 1/2 cup of risotto and 4 small scallops and my wife file minion came with green beans instead of asparagus but the steak was something you serve at a buffet plus she asked for medium and it came well done. It was flat and gray looking. Almost fake looking. She said something to the waitress and their response was : we started to get different cuts also it’s thinner because was cooked longer so it flattened. They took it back and came out with rare steak , the weirdest thing I’ve seen , some chemical treated meat. It was rare but not even red, gray/purple no grain in the meat. We came for our anniversary and left hungry and sad. I hope the owner see this review!!!

Amazing evening with my girlfriends. We had a delicious French sparkling wine, that we could not stop drinking. Plus the salmon with shrimp was perfect! Frank help us in the table. Love it!!! 🙌🏻

Came in with a date and kind of wish we had chosen somewhere else.
I’ve been here many times and am usually served by alaina. This time, we had Jade and it was a mess.
She was sweet, but clearly lost when it came to both wine and basic service. We had to ask multiple times just for water. She kept saying she was new, but I have seen her before.
I asked if they had anything from the Loire Valley—she looked confused, and she said she’d have to go check. I said nevermind and ordered the only French white I saw on the flight list.
My date needed a minute to decide, but it took nearly 30 minutes before Jade returned. She was busy chatting loudly with a group at the bar, and while I’m not shy, the nature of the conversation felt vulgar for a wine bar.
My date asked a few wine questions—none of which Jade could answer. Eventually, we just gave up and left early. Not surprised the place was slow that night.
It seems your quality of service really depends on who’s working, which typically points to a management issue. I’ll keep that in mind when deciding to come back.
I’m in town for work for a few months and this has quickly become my favorite spot. It’s pricey, but worth every penny! Frank is amazing, he always greets me with a smile, I look forward to seeing him when I come in! The food is amazing and I never have to wait very long for it. Wide variety of wines to choose from! Beautiful outdoor seating, but indoor is also available! Love it here!
I came by to this restaurant more than once realizing that their food is amazing I’m shocked how good their cooking is. The staff here is super nice that’s makes it really relaxing. This is by far my favorite restaurant, my favorite food is their burrata.
The food is good an fairly priced. Nice, chill ambiance, and Frank is the BEST server. Will return for him!

The fries were so soggy and dark. The dish was nothing to write about either. Probably other items are better. The staff and ambiance is great though.
My son took me for mothers day brunch and it was absolutely delicious! The only thing I would recommend would be a kids menu for this day as well. Other than that, couldn't have asked for a more special day!
We were going to eat here on Mother’s Day yesterday but that didn’t end up happening, bc we walked in and waited by the hostess area, then a bartender from the bar yelled at “it’ll be a 15-20 min wait” mind you there were plenty of open tables. I said okay we can wait. She said “ok” then continued doing her bartending duties. Nobody came to help us, take our names down or put us on a wait list. So we left. This place was not busy what so ever Please do better.
This was my first dining experience at CRU in the Domain. We were there with a party of 6 for Mother's Day brunch. The service was very disappointing. For a pre-fix meal, I expected a bit more. We asked for another basket of bread and our waitress told us no, even though we said we would pay for it. The entrees came out luke warm and was sent in shifts. The waitress nver came back to our table to ask about our meal. I had to leave the table to locate the waitress to order deserts. The wait for the deserts was about 20 minutes. In speaking with the manager, we let him know that a coachable moment need to be had. The manager, while he did apologize, did not offer anything, not that we were looking for anything. In this day, when you are paying $60 for a meal, it should at least have a memorable impression when you leave the establishment.
I have been to Cru Wine Bar several times--their menus for Mother's Day, Valentine's Day and other holidays is always wonderful, as has service, etc. This time, the service started out fine and quickly deteriorated as we were rushed through our meal. The entrees came out while we were still eating our first course, but even worse, the dessert came out as we were halfway through our entree (this was a prix fixe meal). I realize it was a holiday, and it is mentioned when I made the reservation that we have the table for two hours, but we were out of there in a little over an hour. What's more, there were a lot of empty tables! I have experienced this at other restaurants, but not to this extent. It really ruined our Mother's Day brunch for us. I realize the waiter was doing what he was told, but some subtlety would have helped.
