They accidentally made my medium a large and gave it to me anyway :) not a ton of seating but very nice atmosphere. Also the muffin and coffee was fantastic

I’ve tried mochas at most coffee shops in Austin, and this was by far the worst one. Instead of using real chocolate powder or syrup, it seemed like they just steamed chocolate milk and served it. The drink separated quickly, releasing some kind of oily layer—it was honestly undrinkable. Hands down the most disappointing and disgusting mocha I’ve ever had.

8 years a customer and I’m so disappointed. Quality so bad now and for a mediocre coffee yall are charging $7. Rude staff. I miss the downtown location that used to be next to the Austonian.
I work in the Domain and have been here plenty of times. The coffee shop has been on a slow decline the past 6 months: constant staff turnover, ridiculous wait times, and below average coffee. Positives are the staff is friendly and layout is great.
I don't mind the high prices, but you better be able to back it up, which this location cannot. Lost my recurring business for the foreseeable future.

I am in Austin TX Airport..worst customer service. Touched my cinnamon roll because it didn't seem warm. I asked the clerk if she could warm it in their oven for a bit and was told no! Manager was called of whom sounded like she was just going through the motions. Customer service is trash

I walked over from my hotel to enjoy a cup of coffee at Medici Roasting. This location is unique and the coffee was great. I ordered a Bean, Potato, Pico, Avocado (Vegan) breakfast taco and truthfully was not that good. The ingredients didn't really work well together, but I don't think it was made here. But the highlights was the coffee and this cool corner they had to setup a coffee shop.
