Good size meal portions and the food was hot, fresh & tasted great. Atmosphere was kinda quiet indoors and the service was good.

Great place with lots of options. I love how the bar can make a mocktail upon request. We visited here 2x both times for dinner. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I discovered Crenshaw's about a month ago. It's turned into a regular spot for us, we've been probably 5-6 times now. The burger is so good, truly one of our favorites in Austin. The sweet potato fries are a must to go along with it. We've also had the house made chips with pimiento dip, definitely tasty but we usually opt out of the app because the burger is so filling. We love the atmosphere and that we can sit outside and enjoy the beautiful golf course views. We've had slower service at times as well as times when the food comes out almost right away - either way it's not a big deal to us. We enjoy it every single time and feel like we've found a GEM of a spot.

I visited this place with friends over the weekend, and while the location was beautiful and the food decent, the service was severely lacking. The food took an unreasonably long time to arrive, and we only saw our waiter three times throughout the entire meal. In fact, we saw the person cleaning up more frequently than our own waiter, which speaks volumes about the service we received. At one point, we even had to ask the busser to find our waiter, and yet he still didn’t show up.

I only managed to get one drink refill, and to make matters worse, our waiter neglected to inform us that the bill could only be split among three cards before we started ordering. This was particularly frustrating since I had already spent a significant amount at the resort for a three-day weekend getaway. I deliberately chose something inexpensive from the menu and stuck to drinking soda. Out of the six people in our group, I only knew two, and the others were complete strangers. Due to the waiter's lack of communication, I ended up paying for more than my fair share, effectively doubling my portion of the bill. The others had ordered drinks and extras, which I ended up covering for people I didn’t even know. To top it off, a 20% gratuity was automatically added to each of the three bills.

Honestly, tipping should reflect the quality of service received. Given that our waiter was largely absent, hiding in the back and chatting with co-workers, I wouldn't have tipped him what he got from our table. His service was disappointing, especially considering the restaurant wasn’t busy at all—there were only two other tables when we arrived.

I have been to Crenshaw's more times than I can remember. Out of all the restaurants, this one has the best vibe, food, service and price point. I love the view from the restaurant and patio, and everything that I have had on the menu is top notch. I can't say enough great things about the service. Everyone is always so friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.

If I can make a recommendation though, they need to do something about the HVAC system. The temperature doesn't seem to be regulated and over these past few months it seems to be very warm in there. The HVAC seems very comfortable outside of the restaurant and all throughout the building. But inside it has not been comfortable this summer. I hope they can get someone to address this soon, as it affects the dining experience.

I have worked in the service industry before. It does seem like they always over staff there for the amount of people they get in the restaurant. From the outside looking in, it makes you feel for the staff. But they always keep a smile on, and provide great service.

This was one of the worst dining experiences my friends and I have ever had. The grilled cheese with brisket had the toughness of a hiking book sole and arrived after a 45 minute wait. We had a waiter who was excellent with one liners but didn’t know how to use the POS machine. He told us it was broken and couldn’t accept credit cards and when we pointed out that the other waitress was taking cards he replied he didn’t know how she was doing it lol. My friend had no bacon in his blt. When the bill came we’re were charged twice for service (20% tips were also included in the bill automatically) and no one could clearly explain the bill. I’d give this place a hard pass if you wanna keep your sanity in Austin.

We came in from a horrible traffic jam on my birthday week and they welcomed us with warm gesture and really took care of us! The next day they sent us an amazing birthday gifts!! I am definitely coming back this year with additional family members !! Room, food, pools, spa and hospitality deserves 5 star!! Again thank you to the front desk staffs, their manager, the hotel staffs, spa, and onsite restaurants! Happy new year ! K-j/G-J

Really cool chill place to watch sports or relax after a round of golf. Watched college football there recently before heading to dinner. Very attentive waiter, good beer, nice snacks. A very approachable and relaxed spot in a nice resort.

This place is divine from top to bottom. We spent two nights here for part of our family vacation and all wished we could have stayed longer. My husband, our 10 yo son, and I took advantage of as many amenities as possible during our brief stay. Prior to our arrival, I had a couple of questions and spoke to Cat at the front desk. She answered what she could and then texted me to follow up on my other questions. Unbeknownst to me at the time, she also upgraded our room! The room was a Premier Queen High Floor in the tower closest to the parking garage (above the convention spaces). We had a beautiful view of the property and the surrounding hills. We had two queen beds, a spacious dresser, a sizable glass-topped table with two chairs, and a nightstand with a large drawer and multiple outlets for charging. The two lamps in the room were dimmable, which worked well for earlier bedtime for our son. One nice touch was the small ledges on the outside of both beds that served as nightstands. The small entry hallway offered a small closet, a big mirror with bench space that we used for a suitcase, a mini fridge, a safe, and a Keurig coffee maker. In the closet were two lovely bathrobes, an extra blanket, and a steamer (that we did put to use!). The bathroom had a beautiful glass enclosed shower and rainfall shower head. The vanity was spacious with one sink. The toiletries were Nest products and smelled heavenly. The only complaint my husband had about the room was the sliding barn-style door that doesn’t close securely or lock. We took advantage of plenty of activities. Craft time was every afternoon and there were multiple options, from water bottles to birdhouses to succulents. Prices ranged from $5 to $20 per craft. Dominic facilitated crafts and was very helpful. The Nature Trail was more authentic and extensive than I expected. We turned in our Nature Trail Scavenger Hunt and my son got to pick a prize at the front desk. Barton’s Game Room was open daily starting at 9 am. There were air hockey and foosball tables, a Pac-Man table, and a few other arcade-style games, all free of charge. And note the adorable wallpaper in this room! We didn’t play mini golf or use the inflatable obstacle course because it was so hot out, but both looked wonderful. We did s’mores both nights, despite the heat, and that was really fun. My husband absolutely loved the fitness center, which is shared with Barton Creek Country Club. We didn’t take any classes, but aside from the typical conventional gym stuff, there is a separate space for more high intensity functional fitness (i.e. CrossFit), which doesn’t appear to get much use but made my husband very happy. We made the most use of the family pools (2) and splash pad. This was a lovely area to relax and cool off. Servers at the pool are very attentive. When we researched the property, it was unclear how many pools were there in total. To clarify, there are two outdoor pools for families, one outdoor infinity pool for adults only, one small rooftop pool at the spa, and an indoor pool within the fitness center. That’s five pools total (plus splash pad)! We ate at Texas Spice for breakfast, Nopales for lunch, and Canyons for dinner. Food was great at all three, but you should note that Canyons is off property. One of the valets drove us there in one of the shuttles and it was easy and convenient. In sum, this place was a delight, and we can’t wait to go back. I researched a lot of similar properties in the area and am very pleased we chose the Omni Barton Creek.
