We recently took a trip to South Lamar and ended our night soul searching for crepes as anyone should be doing on a Saturday night. That search left us at Crepe Crazy’s doorstep, and Thank God it did. One thing to note off the bat is that this is an ASL restaurant. Ordering is done through a kiosk and you grab a lettered placard before heading to your seat. We just wanted to note this in case anyone headed in and didn’t fully understand the process. Very ample seating and parking next door is a big plus. The service is quick and friendly, with our server and us signing thank you and you’re welcome before we dug into our crepes, which were delicious.
We got the Nutella Royale, Lemon Zest Dust, and Peanut Butter Heaven. The Nutella Royale was pretty standard, as most Nutella crepes are. The Lemon Zest Dust had a, well, zesty flavor that kept it fruity and light. And lastly, the Peanut Butter Heaven was delicious with a generous amount of peanut butter inside with bananas strewn throughout the pastry. Some dessert places like to make things over the top and separate themselves with ridiculous concepts, but Crepe Crazy knows what it does and does it well. If you’re in the area and are craving a crepe (or possibly want to show appreciation to Austin’s amazing deaf community) then we highly recommend a stop by Crepe Crazy.

Cozy and comfortable! Menu was expansive and had options for everyone. The coffee was delicious, I wish they had an oat milk option. My s’mores crepe was good.
My main point of feedback is please move to reusable dishware and silverware! It’s hard cutting a delicious crepe on paper plates with a plastic knife.

Sweet crepes are delicious, but the savory one we tried (basil pesto and chicken and mashroom) are not. Savory crepes are dry, have no sauce and are cold. Sautéed mushrooms are cold and the cheese is not melted. Avoid savory options!

They have the most delicious crepes , both savory and sweet. It comes with a nice fresh salad. Love to support this unique and tasty restaurant and the great staff as well as the hard of hearing community!
I got the Chicken Basil Pesto crepe when they brought their food truck to my apartment complex, and it was SO GOOD!!! Every bite was delicious. It exceeded all my expectations, and I imagine the other menu items must be good too!! Can't wait to have them again.
The Crêpe portions are large and delicious, and the salty Crêpe comes with salad greens on the side. The staff in the store are all deaf-mute. They are very friendly. It is a very special experience. I hope more people can support them. The food itself is also excellent!
