Decent brussel sprouts and fries- that's all I had! Nothing too special, but there aren't any other options at Independence Brewery. Maybe their main dishes are better than their sides... Would definitely give it another shot if I go back to that brewery.

Glad the brewery has a food truck and sauces are well flavored, but it is odd they claim to be healthy when everything is fried. Unfortunately, they were out of the only vegetarian option. Overpriced for what you get.

Some surprisingly healthy options for a food truck. Appreciate the "farm to truck" mentality which seems so hard to find amongst the dominating fried food establishments. I am on a short visit to Austin, but would go again before I leave depending on the menu rotating before then.

I've only had the chance to eat from them twice at their old location on Barton Springs, but my god, That was some good food from a food truck. Best Ive ever had, it may be $17 for a Drink and bowl of Korean BBQ with rice, but it was worth it. I highly recommend them, I found out he hard way they moved to their now current location.

Their fries were crispy and well seasoned, their beef burger's texture was too soft, it was kind of like a tvp or beyond burger.

The Brussels sprouts and chicken tenders were perfection. Service quick and courteous. Can't wait to try other menu items. Outdoor seating includes picnic tables and patio furniture. Grabbed a draft at Independent Brewing. Plenty of parking.
They have a small menu however they were so nice in gladly accommodating my difficult keto requirements. Baked burger and fried brussel sprouts. On point!
