What an awesome visit. Crown and Anchor is an Austin classic for a reason, and after a three-decade hiatus, I was completely won over.....again. The atmosphere perfectly preserves its loyal, dive-bar charm and nostalgia, yet the overall cleanliness and maintenance are surprisingly top-notch. It's the best of both worlds! The best bar with the best staff around town. The bartender Paige, was especially pleasant and made my bar experience superb. Would recommend any one coming to this bar for a great night out.

We love Crown & Anchor! My friends and I meet here every week to hang out and get drinks. It’s so nice to have such a cozy pub so close to the UT campus. Everyone who works here is so nice and the service is excellent. Not to mention how delicious the drinks are! I would definitely recommend coming here for a fun night with friends!
