I went into my local store in Austin a couple of weeks ago. The service was fast and the cookie was fresh, although there wasn’t clear communication on the electronic payment system and I had technical issues.
The cookies are good and the staff is friendly however they should consider to verify the people picking up the cookies because I was getting mine stolen by some teenagers
