I just moved to Austin from Dallas.. I have the tres leches cake every time it's on the menu.. I just doordashed my first order here. It is disgusting. TRASH. I wan to cry. Such a let down.

I usually order Crumbl a few times a month for my office staff. The order we received this week was awful. The cookies were dry and hard and flavorless. I was so disappointed. Such a waste of money
