The sincronizada burger was awesome. The cheese has a great flavor, and every bite is a little different. Everything goes together surprisingly well. The fries were just OK. There's something nice about them, but they miss the mark overall. Still giving this place 5 stars since the burger was very, very good.

The service was really fast. I got the americano, and my boyfriend got the sincronizada; then we shared the papas campechanas. The food was delicious! The burgers were on the smaller side, but we were stuffed by the end of the meal! With the two burgers, fries, and two drinks we spent around $33.

Fantastic food truck with a kind of fusion mexican food/burger menu. I had the campechana burger and the campechana loaded fries. I was worried about doubling up with similar orders, but i was so glad I did. Both were incredible. I can’t recommend either more and would genuinely say that the campechana burger was one of my favorite burgers I’ve ever had

It took a total of 30 minutes for us to get our order. Went and ordered a burger and fries. There was no one in line ahead of us, so we thought it wouldn’t take too long. It took them 25 minutes to realize we were still waiting for our food, and the only reason they noticed was because we went to stand right in front of the window when multiple people that had ordered after us were being called to get their food. Once they realized, they gave us a bag with a random burger in it. I asked where the fries were, and the girl that rang us up asked if we had ordered fries. She then read back the order she handed us, and it was completely wrong.

Don’t fall asleep on Cuantos’ sister truck. This is our second time at Cuantas Hamburguesas. Our first time was last month at the La Pachanga market at ACL. We had their Campechana then and this time around tried their Sincornizada. Lots of burgers in town are soggy and greasy at baseline and this was not—a very welcome change. Both offerings were solid burgers that were had great creative tastes.
The value and quality proposition is pretty good here. The food trucks at Arbor Food Park offer some great stuff and we’ll return here for more burgers!

I was disappointed with the portion size and taste of the burger. Native from Mexico I was expecting a juicy and tasty burger. The cost of the burger is expensive for the serving size. The person taking the order was nice but messed up my order. I order my burger with no pickles and special mayo and the burger came with all of that.

Got the classic and the sincronizada burgers and they were awesome. The classic had their special sauce and was juice and very well seasoned. The sincronizada was a very interesting mix of a burger and a taco. The chorizo did not overpower the whole burger and it had a tortilla inside the burger, very creative mix of flavors, would recommend if you are feeling adventurous and want to try a different style burger. The fries were nice and crispy, not soggy and well seasoned.
