Considered some of the best Tacos in Austin by so many! I AGREE! Authentic Mexican Street tacos are what I love. That being said, I must hold you to a higher standard and compare to tacos stands In Houston, San Antonio, and Southern California. It was a Tuesday so I was able to get Tripas and I heard Buche was on point here as well. I requested my Tripas tacos to be “crispy” like I always do. They came over burnt. Fortunately, I like burnt flavors, but not as overwhelming on my Tripas. I picked out some of the more over burnt pieces. I’ll have to give a 3 star for the Tripas Tacos. Buche tacos and the Salsa did redeem the meal.

This place serves tacos that are closer to authentic style tacos than the Tex-Mex nacho cheese tacos we usually get in Austin. Some of the salsas can be spicy (as they should be). Place has plenty of outside seating and other food trucks. Definitely recommend this place!

We went to this taco place because of the insane hype on TikTok. Let me just say… this isn’t D.F street taco style. Personally the chorizo tacos tasted like straight up OIL. The only a decent taco to try is the mushrooms. Their special beans al frijoles charros sucked. Is you’re a paisa don’t waste your time here están bien culeros los tacos.

A perfect bite , one that gives you goosebumps, an esoteric experience that most people cannot begging to understand or talk about, There’s tacos and there’s Cuantos tacos. Evoking something so sacred and special that you just go and try it. Lengua ran as a special today, what a sacred bite. Don’t sleep on it.
The photos are really misleading because the tacos don't look the same but it's okay. The worst thing was the size of the portions. The taco was actually smaller than a street taco. I was really disappointed with the portions.
