The baristas are very nice and helpful but I wouldn’t recommend ordering a cappuccino here. They give you 16oz of milk with a shot of espresso. Lattes are decent here though,.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hands Down the Best Coffee Shop in Austin
Cuppa is truly the best coffee shop in Austin — no question. The coffee and espresso are unmatched, always smooth, rich, and consistently perfect. I’ve been working in Austin for some time, and my coworkers and I grabbed coffee and food here every single day. It quickly became our home away from home.
The staff is what really makes Cuppa special. Everyone is always smiling, kind, patient, and genuinely friendly. You can tell they love what they do, and they treat every customer like family. Our baristas became such a bright part of our daily routine, and we’re really going to miss them.
Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about Cuppa and the incredible team behind it. If you want amazing espresso, great food, and the warmest atmosphere in Austin — this is the place.

Hands down one of the top 2 places for coffee in Austin/Cedar Park. I drink black coffee with no sweetener so a well brewed cup is important. This place does it right.

Review: A Cozy Coffee Spot with Rich Flavor – Cuppa Austin ☕
Cuppa Austin is a lovely little hideaway for coffee lovers. The ambience is cozy and inviting, though just a bit on the darker side—perfect if you're looking for a calm, low-lit spot to unwind or focus.
I tried the 8 oz One Pump Cortado (warm) and it was absolutely perfect—smooth, bold, and beautifully balanced. The portion size was just right, and the flavor was everything I hoped for: rich, but not overpowering.
The service was excellent, warm and friendly from the moment I walked in. You can tell the staff takes pride in what they do, and it makes all the difference.
A great spot for a quiet break with seriously good coffee. I’ll definitely be back!

Mocha cinnamon latte tasted like I was drinking pure Hershey’s syrup. Had I seen there commie sign I would avoided them altogether but it was at the exit of the drive thru. Also VERY expensive and employees still need to ask for a tip so I guess that money doesn’t go towards paying their help.

All the bad reviews about the baristas are true. It was my first time here at the drive-thru, and after the barista silently handed me my drink before I could even say thank you, the window was slammed in my face.

Coffee is good but service is terrible. The baristas always seem to be in a bad mood and don't greet or thank you for business. Coffee is too expensive for such terrible service. I thought this was an isolated issue but it has progressively become worse over the past few months.

Probably the worst coffee shop we have ever been to before. The banana bread tasted and smelled like fish. I have never experienced that before, it was confusing and made me wonder where they sourced it from. Pastries look unappetizing. Kolaches looked and tasted like gas station food. Coffee was mid at best.

The coffee lacks flavor, the kolaches are on par with something you find in a gas station, and the banana bread literally smelled like fish. There are better places nearby.
