Probably the worst coffee shop we have ever been to before. The banana bread tasted and smelled like fish. I have never experienced that before, it was confusing and made me wonder where they sourced it from. Pastries look unappetizing. Kolaches looked and tasted like gas station food. Coffee was mid at best.

The coffee lacks flavor, the kolaches are on par with something you find in a gas station, and the banana bread literally smelled like fish. There are better places nearby.
My friends got there about an hour before closing (7pm) and I joined about 30 minutes before. We were chatting and ordered food and drinks, both were very good but what left a bad taste in my mouth was the woman at the counter literally shutting the lights off, putting us in complete darkness at 6:58pm. We were cognizant of when the establishment closed, no thanks to the worker who gave us no warning that they were closing soon. She was incredibly rude and after shutting the lights off told us they were closed and simply walked away. We didn't leave a mess and were lowkey customers. It was just super unwarranted and lacked any kind of courtesy. Will not be returning.

I typically love Cuppa’s coffee and utilize their drive thru often. Lately though they’ve been getting heavy handed with the creamer. I ordered a “regular cold brew with cream” and my coffee is white! For $5+ I’d love to be able to taste the cold brew.

Used to patron here every weekend a couple of years ago. It was my favorite local spot, I loved the baristas. if I’m being completely honest I prefer the drinks from summer moon, but this was still my go to. We moved back to this side of town recently and I was excited to be near by again. But the service the last few times has been horrible, mean almost. I chalked it up to catching someone on a bad day and didn’t hold it against them, but after going yesterday and being met with the same disdain or even disgust from the same employee, I can’t go back. I don’t feel comfortable not tipping someone; I want everyone to have a livable wage, but I also can’t justify using the little disposable income I have at a place that makes me feel terrible. Don’t think it’s everyone there and won’t claim to have any knowledge on management practices, it’s just been isolated to one or two “mean girls” that I cant handle.

I dont know how to explain it better then saying it taste watered down. Even asked for light ice. I ordered the Black Forest Mocha. I usually order cold brews but this just had a super light/faint coffee taste.

I walked into the café by chance to print some documents and ended up getting coffee. The coffee is pretty decent. However, the pastries they sell taste as if they’ve been around for years. They’re not fresh and feel as unhealthy as possible. Because of this, I can’t give 5 stars.

For some reason this shop thinks an Americano involves a single shot of espresso. Look it up people - TWO shots of espresso for a standard 6-8 oz cup. The result was a weak drink that I couldn't finish and cannot recommend. Unacceptable given the prices.

First time coming here and I ordered a tumeric latte (iced). I assumed it’s their version of “golden milk”, but it lacked that creamy and high spice levels that I was expecting and it tasted like they added water instead of the coconut milk I requested. Not the worst tasting drink, but wouldn’t order it again.

So the coffee here is great. It's really good. But the service is so horrible, it's almost laughable. It feels like one of those restaurants where the servers are intentionally mean to you? Don't expect a greeting or a smile, just great coffee.

I used to love Cuppa Austin but its value isn’t what it used to be.
As another review mentioned, their iced lattes are so milky that it is completely unappetizing. I ordered a pumpkin latte recently and it had so much milk and SO MUCH CINNAMON that it got thrown directly into the trash. I spent $8.55 on it.
Their baristas are generally friendly and their peanut butter mocha is heavenly but this coffee shop is no longer one I frequent. Big waste of money.
I don't often venture this far north, but I was really happy to stumble upon Cuppa Austin, a locally owned coffee spot. It’s clearly a popular place—there was a steady flow of cars in the drive-thru, even on a Sunday afternoon.
I stopped in around 3:00 PM, and it was about 50% full inside. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and despite how busy it was, my hot latte was ready in just over a minute. Impressive! The latte itself was solid—though the espresso was quite dark on the first sip, it mellowed out nicely with the milk.
The ambiance is great with some cute murals and paintings on the walls, comfy leather couches in the back, and lots of natural light from the high ceilings. They offer free WiFi, and the password is easy to find at the counter, which is a nice touch for those looking to get some work done.
As for the food, I had a croissant, and it was pretty good too! All in all, a cozy spot with great service and a relaxed vibe. I'll definitely swing by again next time I’m in the area.

My daughter bought me a maple brown butter oat latte. OMG!!! It’s soooo good! Better than anything I’ve had from Starbucks. I will definitely hit this place up again!
