Have driven past the place many times but finally stopped to try the food. All the food was delicious and tasty. The saag paneer was really good as it can be a bit hit and miss. Very friendly staff and will definitely stop by again.
I have been dying to find a good Indian spot nearby and I am so thrilled to have found this hidden gem! The saag paneer, paneer butter masala, aloo gobi, garlic naan, and vegetable samosas were all so good!
I love the food here. The people working there are so nice and kind it makes you feel good about supporting small businesses! I also tried their homemade mango lassi ice cream and omg it was delicious!

AMAZING!! This is the Indian food we’ve been waiting for in South Austin ?? The service was great and the food was even better. Everything was cooked AND spiced to perfection. We got the chicken 65, goat curry, and chicken korma. The curries were PERFECT - the meat to sauce ratio was excellent and the goat was so incredibly tender. The naan was fluffy and delicious and the spices in the rice were exceptional. I wanted leftovers but we couldn’t help it, we finished it all. 12/10, will absolutely be back!!

Visited this place by accident and found this gem. We ordered chai and fusion tacos. All three tacos (Chicken Tikka - one of the very best I have tried so far, Saag Paneer, and last one Chana Masala). The preparation was great and way better than Velvet Tacos also the service is very fast. I will surely stop by again to try more items from here. There is parking but the street is usually very busy.Special thanks to the amazing staff ?Vegetarian options: Lot of veg optionsParking: Street Parking is bit limited and that street is quite busy

Delicious and casual…I dream of this place when I’m not in the area! A platter stretches 2-3 meals for me, or would be great to share. There is always a smiling face at the counter and I love that they have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The flavors are rich and balanced and comforting to the max. Easy online ordering platform too. They just added a few new dishes to the menu including goat curry that I can’t wait to try! Will be back over and over!

Wonderful Indian food! The owner is a familiar face from Asiana and recognized my husband when he picked up our food. The food was amazing. The saag paneer was creamy and perfect. The chicken tikka masala had a nice heat, as did the samosas. This is definitely our new go to Indian spot.

I heard this was the chef that left Asiana, which used to be our favorite place for years. I’m hoping that Curry Express Texas will start making the Cauliflower 65 they used to make at Asiana.
