Now you charge me for to-go packing? That sounds crazy. Plus you are just giving cheap plastic. No good. New way of robbing unlocked! Kudos

Food isn’t that great anyway!

I saw the mixed reviews on this place and decided to give it a try with my husband. It was the BEST decision EVER! I am a fan of flavor-forward establishments that aren't shy of using an array of spices.

The food was bursting with flavor and the dishes were all homemade with love. My palate was definitely pleased and intrigued at the same time.

The service was top notch. Both the cashier and the cook staff were very attentive to my questions about the ingredients I needed to stay away from and they were very meticulous about ensuring that my order fit my dietary restrictions. (I am vegan, gluten free for food allergies).

The location is not what I expected (inside a small supermarket) but I am a sucker for an adventure in a hole-in-the-wall eatery. I don't need fine dining, just fine service and that is what I received, so that checked all the boxes for me.

I found someone's posted photos online of an old menu that helped me see some posted allergens. I didn't not see one in the cafe, just a sign. I think more details on allergens can be found online on Yelp or Google reviews (or just ask..they are friendly).

We ordered food to go but had to wait like 5-7 mins for someone to come even take our order, ended up getting the cashier from the store side to take our order! The food is just awful! Ordered vada pav with chutneys on the side- no coriander chutney was provided! Worse off the vadas were old and fried again and burnt and super greasy!! The vada pav was just a super greasy vada and super greasy buns nothing else!! Disgusting! Ordered bhel and chole chaat and both were blah! Again asked for coriander chutney on the side for both of those and None was provided!! Curry in Hurry used to be better! We were the only customers in there and they still messed up the order!! So disappointed!!

We got dahi wada and shocked to realize it has sugar in dahi. So pathetic.

It is hard to find good Indian food in this town.
Curry in Hurry is very great. My wife and kids always enjoy the food. I wish I could work here to be all the time here.
Give 6 stars if possible. Thank you!!

Got thali 2 times
Naan was rotten the first time and chapati was smelling bad (made from expired flour) 2nd time.
Called to complaint but was not acknowledged instead just placed the call on hold. Rude staff and expired products used in cooking. Forwarding this complaint to the texas food inspectors as well.

We couldn’t have asked for a better catering experience for our wedding! From start to finish, Binta was an absolute joy to work with. She was incredibly polite, accommodating, and made sure we felt taken care of at every step.

The tasting sessions were a highlight in themselves—she went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and tailored to our preferences and dietary restrictions. Her attention to detail and genuine care made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable.

On the big day, the Gujarati thali she curated for our wedding lunch was spectacular. Our guests had pretty high standards but Curry in Hurry absolutely exceeded the mark.

Very expensive fafda in dashera $22 per lbs. The worst fafda I ever had.

Excellent food. We were looking for some nice home made style food and we found the perfect place. Their Punjabi thali tastes like home - highly recommended!
