Staff is always super awesome. Food is pretty good if not a little generic. I wish for a Cajun place the food was a little more bold and spicy.

EXCELLENT food and service! Unfortunately I live in Georgetown and can't make the daily trek, otherwise I would be 50 lbs heavier by years end 🤣....catfish is fried perfectly, red beans are yummy and greens are bangin'!

Aweso amazing Pelkey

Food was amazing, service was on point. My husband had a Muffetta and said it was legit! I enjoyed the Atchafalya Catfish blackened, oh my gosh, I am hooked and so disappointed about how far from home it is. Will definitely go back!

Delicious Experience at Cypress Grill!

I had the Orleans Shrimp Salad at Cypress Grill and it was absolutely fantastic. The shrimp were juicy and perfectly blackened, packed with bold Cajun flavor without being overpowering. The salad itself was fresh, crisp, and generously portioned — every ingredient felt thoughtfully selected and well-balanced.

You can taste the love and attention that went into this dish. It was light yet satisfying, and easily one of the best shrimp salads I’ve had in a long time. I’ll definitely be back to try more!

Immaculate service and delicious food. This small diner is always packed and is guaranteed to have a wait, but the wait is worth it. Every dish we tried for brunch was incredible.

Daniella was sweet and offered great suggestions. The crawfish ettouffee is a must!! Crawfish egg rolls are amazing too. And don't stop there, get the bourbon chocolate pecan pecan pie to go. Everything was wonderful

The best fried shrimp we've found in Austin. A surprise, we wouldn't expect to find pot roast that is outstanding in a Louisiana restaurant. Always like the gumbo too..

Heard great things about this place was excited to try it out, had a great day with my brother and sister-in-law and decided to go have some drinks and eat some good food, waitress came to take our order, we were laughing and having a good time she assumed that we have been drinking and immediately told her manager she didn’t feel comfortable serving us liquor or drinks, even though we had had nothing to drink all day. These were gonna be our first drinks and appetizers had already came, we asked for the manager who felt like we had been drinking also and backed up the waitress, so we left disappointed the way the manager handled it ,very poorly, assuming that we have been drinking all day just because we’re laughing and having a good time, if the waitress didn’t feel comfortable serving us he should have got us a new waitress for us, but he didn’t handle it well at all, he said my face was red and that I was laughing so that to him was a sign for all of us not to get any drinks
