YAKAMEIN
The New Orleans traditions is not quite ramen, and not quite pho, but similar to both. Tender hanger steak, large Gulf shrimp, soft-boiled egg, linguine, all floating in a rich beef broth with Creole seasoning, and garnished with green onions.

EXCELLENT food and service! Unfortunately I live in Georgetown and can't make the daily trek, otherwise I would be 50 lbs heavier by years end 🤣....catfish is fried perfectly, red beans are yummy and greens are bangin'!

Food was amazing, service was on point. My husband had a Muffetta and said it was legit! I enjoyed the Atchafalya Catfish blackened, oh my gosh, I am hooked and so disappointed about how far from home it is. Will definitely go back!
