My father and I eat gluten free, and we were told that the fish was all battered in corn meal and fried in a separate fryer from the wings, which are coated in flour. We also were able to eat the supreme nachos with brisket on top and fries. Yummy!

Been wanting to give DA 1 Stop Shop a try for some time now at the Way Point Food Park, the food always looked good and smelled great. Finally gave it a go today and regret not doing it months ago.I got the Hawaiian Brisket Sliders and Seasoned Fries. Being more of plain guy, I did get it with just the BBQ sauce, Brisket and Hawaiian Roll instead of the onions, jalapenos and pickles. Everything was perfect from the flavor, seasoning and customer service. I'll definitely be back out (maybe even next weekend) to try out the rest of the menu.If you're in the area or even if you aren't and want some great food, give Da 1 Stop Shop a try. You won't be disappointed.

This is an amazing concept that will change the way food trucks are presented. The only thing that beats quality food is quality people... They got BOTH! I love my son, but we almost had to fight over the ribs & fried fish. For Da 1 Stop Shop... I'll fight a kid!
