Dagars Catering created an amazing experience for our wedding. We decided to do the Taco Buffet Bar along with a Charcuterie Board for cocktail hour. Our guests kept raving about our good the food was, including most picky eaters. The staff was professional and always made sure the buffet was stocked and the line moved quickly. They also made sure we got to have their amazing food by making a plate for my bride and I that was ready for us at our table. Our contact, Katherine, always made sure we had everything we needed and communicated with us leading up to the wedding. She made sure we understood everything and was always ready to answer questions. Hiring Dagars Catering was a great decision for our wedding day.

We are so glad we chose to work with Dagar's for our wedding day! We chose to do a cocktail hour with passed apps and it was so classy. The presentation of the food is beautiful, and let me tell you, it tastes as good as it looks! We had a family style salad before our plated entrees, and after that we had a smores bar! What more could you possibly want!! Planning a wedding is extremely stressful, especially choosing your caterer. Dagar's was not only delicious but also affordable compared to numerous places that sent me proposals (I didn't even look at twice $$$$)! Kat was our rep and helped us from start to finish. She did an amazing job executing our vision and needs for the most perfect day of our lives! We cannot thank her, or Dagar's staff and bartenders enough for all the hard work, kindness and professionalism they showed us. I highly recommend checking them out and IMMEDIATELY booking :) They are truly wonderful all around!

Dagars catered a private party for me and did a phenomenal job. They showed up early, got everything set and were very professional throughout the entire event from first arriving on site until they left my home. Food was delicious! All my guests raved at how delicious the barbecue was! Anyone thinking of having catering for an event should definitely call Dagars!

So so so bad, worse than airline food!!! It’s super important to note that they changed ownership at the end of 2022 so if you did your tasting before then or are resting on reputation from events before then, it’s a TOTALLY DIFFERENT company with different ownership, different menu, etc. I did my wedding tasting before the change in ownership and it was amazing, they catered my sisters wedding in 2016 and it was great but what I got in April 2023 was absolutely horrible and so embarrassing to serve to guests! LITERALLY frozen chicken breast and canned green beans. I actually had my friends asking if the caterer made a mistake…I reached out to new management about how absolutely sad my experience was and they apologized, acknowledging they made mistakes and were new to the industry (which I really appreciated) and I offered 50% off on a future event…I’m sorry but I wouldn’t trust them to cater a 3 year olds birthday party, let alone a wedding with all your loved ones and $20k-30k on food alone.Prepare yourself for low quality, frozen food
Wonderful experience! Everything was great from the initial call to the clean up at the end, everything was smooth. Kat was great to work with and gave me suggestions and options during planning, she really cared about my experience. The food was great, we got so many compliments from our guests. We had the brisket eggrolls which I had never seen before but were so yummy, the crabcakes with chipotle aioli and the sherry meatballs as appetizers and the beef tenderloin with potatoes and grilled vegetables as our main dish option. The kids loooved the cake-pops! I would use Dagars again!

Super unprofessional, I would not recommend these people to anyone. The food was horrific,and cold. I had a corporate event and I was embarrassed infront of my clientele.

I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone, for starters it was bought out by a couple who’s never been in the industry before, they have no idea what they’re doing, the quality just isn’t there anymore. Secondly the owner specifically the woman treats the employees very badly, none of the employees have received gratuities from the guests that are leaving them with credit cards after the events are over meaning the owners are bleeding money and are pocketing the hard earned employees tips which is illegal and we are blowing that whistle to IRS, thirdly the owner fails to properly pay employees for their honest hours work and fourth the food is absolutely bland! Important for guests to know that a tasting inside of their office and food on the actual day is completely different! In closing go with business who are still owned by the original owners and not some watered down fraudulent new owners who have never done this line of work before!
