Disgusting place found what looked like a damn pibic hair in my blizzard. Not sure what kind of hair it was. But that was disgusting. There was a lid on it and when i took it off to eat it. Hair. Right there.

Just went through to the drive through and ordered my sons meal and couldn’t even order my meal because of the rude customer service that is working this shift not to mention rushing the order and asking the same question anything else is that it is that it then proceeded to tell another employee at the window and closes the window on my face never experienced this before

This location usually gets it right.But I gotta say, I just got a chicken strip basket and all 4 chicken strips were so tiny! Like cmon throw another piece or two if you're gonna give me two inch chicken strips. They were not even chicken strips at that point buncha little chodes. Train your people better or check the boxes before they go out what a rip off

I wish I could give this place a 0. Horrible service and the lady wouldn’t fix my drink despite telling her it was not a mocha moolate. She added no flavouring to my drink and just shut the door when I told her she didn’t make the drink correctly.

Stay away - the boundaries of the parking lot and the no parking signage is extremely vague and J & J Towing is notoriously predatory. Thought I was parked legally and got towed on a rainy night which absolutely sucked.The parking lot was also empty so it wasn't like I got towed for any good reason

Ok I don't want to sound ridiculous, but I'm still in awe of what happened. Hubs and I ordered while waiting on a friend. Total was $5 and like 90 something cents. As he's swiping hub's card the cashier looks confused and holds on to the card. Our food comes out and they are holding on to it next to them instead of just giving it to us. Then the cashier says the charge didn't take and he'd have to swipe it again. Ok, you still have the card. He swipes again and says it still didn't take. Odd, hubs takes that card back and hands him his debit thinking maybe it's a Chase thing. Well that doesn't work either. So the worker who brought our food up helps the cashier and she figures out that the system is offline. So in the middle of our transaction they can't get the money. They say we'll have to pay cash. We are millennials, we don't really carry cash. Fortunately hubs has $5 in his wallet and explains that to the cashier. The cashier says it's also 90 something cents. We explain we don't have that, just the 5. And he says Oh I'm sorry we can't do anything. What? I would've just been less than a dollar short instead of tossing our food and getting no money, but I guess that's just me. So we got no food. They said they would hold on to it and put it in the freezer for us. Um? We're not hanging around for your card reader to start working again. We stuck around to wait indoors instead of the heat and at no point did we see them put up a sign saying cash only. I'm sure they upset a lot of people that day. Per the other reviews here I guess we got lucky because we didn't get towed.

I always come to this location with my grandkids and they love it. Good service, friendly staff and food is always great!
I'm not saying there is an illicit relationship going on between the owner of this Dairy Queen and the towing company they employ, and G & G Impounding. I'm not saying I was towed from an empty lot at 9pm on a Wednesday. I'm not saying their signage is ambiguous. I'm not saying that their their practice of having cars towed immediately and charging $235 to get them back is both cynical and predatory. I'm not saying any of those things. I'm just saying their blizzards suck and the bathrooms are filthy.

Night crew needs to learn about customer service went order blizzard of the month and got a regular Oreo blizzard I stood at the counter waiting to order and the girl behind the counter looked at me twice and both times walked off lunch service here is awesome everyone is nice and friendly but the night crew like I say needs a lesson in customer service.

You might throw up if you order the dumplings but listen how to how I just said "dumplings" lol stick to the basics... PLEASE... chicken fried steak & large fries, icecream after and ur in there (hopefully). I grew up on Dairy Queen so my two stars are a gift lol I wish I could erase myself throwing up horrifically outside the restaurant moments after dumplings but it happened and I didn't complain lol I love a dipped cone lol but I won't lie about my experience. My car has never been towed but I've saved plenty of ppl... don't park there and goto Buzzmill bee ur welcome stick to my guidelines and you should have a pleasant experience lol

this Dairy Queen deserves all the 1 stars it has. Not only have countless people been towed by the owner Stephen and his buddy that owns the tow company that will take you. Stephen. I mean this from the bottom of my heart if you read it. You are a scumlord. Its never too late to rethink being a literal storybook villan. the food is okay. but i hate stephen more. keep it classy. (to note, ive never been towed from this location but the countless reviews tell me everything i needed to know about the character behind this place.)
