The customer service at this location was HORRIBLE. The young guy who took my order kept mumbling and didn’t talk clearly, wouldn’t make eye contact, and when I asked about the size of the small cup for the drink he just pointed to the cups sitting on the counter without saying anything as if I was supposed to know which one it was. After my order was ready, instead of bringing it to the table, he walked up to the window where the booth seat where I was sitting and reached his arms over it to had me my order. Very rude, unprofessional, and too lazy to walk around and leave it at the table. Management needs to straighten this out and teach him how to provide better customer service. I have never had a bad experience until today.

I got takeout two days in a row at this location, Emma was really nice taking our order ice cream and food is always consistent as always this location just stood out because the people that work there were really nice and when we forgot something both days, we let them know at the front. They are very happy to oblige.

Manager here is very rude and I saw her mistreating her employee as well. Not cool.

This is hands down the worst diary queen anywhere. Mayfield or not, it’s awful. Been here a few times to get ice cream and their blizzard toppings only go about 1/4 inch deep. You order an Oreo blizzard? You get a vanilla ice cream cup. A turtle pecan? Also a vanilla ice cream cup. You want their fancy royal blizzard? You get a vanilla ice cream cup. Pay extra for extra toppings? Congrats you get just a vanilla ice cream cup with extra nothing.

I ordered their burger and it tastes like greasy old meat was used. The lettuce? More flaccid than a wet paper towel. Bun? About as flat and cold as my ex gfs attitude.

Go somewhere else for ice cream or burgers. Or go to the one in Kyle, they’re much better. And they make the Hawaiian blizzard correctly- with toasted coconut.

I came in to pick up my Uber eats online order. Was ignored for 5 minutes. I said picking up for my order. Employee working the mobile counter said give me 2 minutes. The customer next to me asked if I already ordered - I replied yes waiting for mobile order. Employee at mobile counter said I’m bagging it up give me a minute. I replied that I was talking to the customer..
Employee at mobile counter asks me to confirm order. I said my name and told her I was not a driver. She said I need to get a manager for this order. Manager on duty lady comes over and asks me to confirm order. I tell her I’m not a driver this is my pick up order. As I grabbed the food- she tried to rip it from my hands. Unacceptable. This service was distasteful and will not lead you to win the 2025 customer service blizzard spoon.

I love Dairy Queen have been coming to get food and frozen treats since a child. My food today was okay. I will never go back to this location again. Rude rude people.

food is good but, they do not ever accept delivery orders. ever single time i try to order through uber no matter the time they won’t accept it or they cancel it. i’ve gone in before and it usually isn’t busy, maybe just lazy..

I went to Dairy Queen on Monday around 1:10 to get a small blizzard, the total came out to be $5.83 so I handed the worker (who had bad customer service skills) 4 one dollar bills and a two dollars in quarters. After a few minutes, she handed me my blizzard and I asked her where my change was, she then proceeded to try and gaslight me by saying I handed her 1.75 in quarters so she just “covered” me. I was baffled and drove away to then check my coin purse and see I was missing the two full dollars in quarters, meaning I gave her more change than needed. This worker was rude, dishonest and incompetent. It doesn’t matter if it was a few cents back, it’s my money and she lied straight to my face to make it seem as if she had done me good by “covering” my change as if I hadn’t given her enough. Incredibly disappointed, do better when hiring people.

Ordered blizzards. Waited for 30+ mins because they were short staffed. The young man was working hard but I’m not sure the rest of the team were working as hard. Someone got my order and another order! No names called just one person. I asked and they finally acknowledged me and made the blizzards.
To top it off they were melting :/ bummer
