Burgers were nice and juicy. Chicken tenders and fries tasted freshly fried.

Significantly better experience than the location over at Lamar.

The worst experience ever! Garbage...first was not greeted when stepped to the counter and the same employee put what I bought on the counter instead of my hand. Huh? Then he gave me wrong ice cream. Okay what is going on here! I visit atleast once or twice a week (no respect for their customers). And this tops it off! Two employees see me at the counter and BOTH walks off like didn't see me!!!! WTH!!! I will NOT come back to this so-called place of business!! And the managers need to give a class to their employees about CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Garbage...

I ordered the 8 piece chicken basket with two honey mustards, and they told me to park at drive thru number one. When the DQ employee brought out my food, she gave it to another car and then walked over to my car. Ask me what I ordered when I told her 8 piece chicken basket she back that other car and took food from the car and tried to give it to me. Very unprofessional they don't have to worry about me going back there if that's how they do business, .and I will tell everyone I know what happened and not to go there

So sad tp post this because I have loved this Dairy Queen for so long. Today I took my little nephew to this Dairy Queen . Everything was fine until we decided to dine in . Really bad decision because the area was infested we gnats and flies. I've never encountered this before at any Dairy Queen !!! We I told the service member he just said yeah we know ?? This is not acceptable.

This is the THIRD Dairy Queen in Austin that has told us they don’t have chocolate ice cream. You’re literally an ice cream place. How do y’all not have the two most basic flavors at multiple locations??

Probably one of the coolest DQ's that I have been to ever since the one from when I was a kid in the town I grew up in
Polite and efficient staff. Comfortable seating, and of course absolutely tremendous food!

Parking: I didn't count the specific number of parking spots, but I'd say roughly 8 to 20 spaces.

Went in to get food Togo I always use my parnters VA card he 100%disabled and HOMEBOUND they wouldn't give me his discount sounds like they don't give a shit about veterans who can't come to their place. I have been coming there for fifteen years using his ID never a problem until now. You need to take down your Veterans sign

We had a great experience at Manor DQ. Service was fast and food was delicious! More importantly though, Megan was delightful! So friendly and helpful and made our night with her kindness! Thanks DQ and Megan!

I have been eating at Texas DQ's since I moved to the state in 1977. The quality of service and the food is generally good and consistent. Texas DQ's are different from DQ in most of the other states I've been to. Go in and try it for a change of pace. I suggest a Dude and a Blizzard with a big glass of tea.

Armed security. Waited 5 minutes at counter in line of 4 people and no one noticed we were waiting despite armed security behind us. Left without ordering. Server finally noticed and was very apologetic and nice, but too late.
