The service is absolutely abysmal and the employees don’t seem to GAF. Sat around for over ten minutes waiting for a pre-ordered to-go meal and couldn’t even get the employees to give me an ETA. I walked out and cancelled my order. Mind you, it was not particularly busy, either. They are apparently paying these people $16 to F around and I’m not gonna support that. Management obviously sucks and they don’t train their people to practice basic customer service. The food has always been mid since the 70s so I no what to expect on that front but what I didn’t expect was to basically be ignored for over ten minutes. Never again.

My DQ. Quality food every time. Crisp fries, juicy burgers, and cold drinks always.
This used to be THE place. The staff was fun to interact with and we never had any issues until recently. The past few months, we have gone a few times and each time something comes up. We have tried to order steak fingers twice and both times they have given us chicken. Today, we ordered 2 ice creams, one was the wrong size and they tried to give us a third one. They didn’t do the classic “flip the cup upside down” on the ice creams and the whole transaction just felt like we were being rushed rather than providing good customer service. When we brought up the extra ice cream and wrong sizes, the window cashier told us to check our receipt and then they shut the window. We loved coming here because the staff was so energetic, always had positive attitudes and never skipped a beat. We miss that DQ and we unfortunately probably won’t be back! :’)

I could give 0 stars if I could! Service was terrible! Ms Sam was very rude to me and my family and then I saw some kid working there drop my icecream that I was already waiting for the past hour. The icecream also tasted like sanitizer.. disgusting.. this Dairy Queen is ran by students that don’t know what they’re doing! I very much miss the old crew. Would not recommend this place to anyone especially if you have a truck or big vehicle!

Should have a bigger sign by entrance in drive thru and on the menu below , hit my truck trying to go thru the small corner , now gotta pay to have my bumper painted
